It was great to work with Kevin and his team. They were respectful while completing the work in our houses. We have used Annex on 3 occasions and have been satisfied with all their work. Kevin worked with our design and offered suggestions to help us make it better and more cost effective.

Annex is not the lowest priced contractor out there, however one gets what one pays for, especially in the building trades. Kevin and his crew are remarkably reliable, courteous, and careful. The do excellent work, but more importantly they take great care to protect the client's home. They clean up thoroughly everyday and do everything they can to limit disruption. Finally, the job is not finished until everything is perfect. I know this might seem to be a "glowing" review but it is completely accurate.

Annex General Contracting + Design were really great to work with. The entire team worked very hard and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Every day they cleaned up the construction debris which made it much easier to live in during construction for 3 months. Kevin, the owner has a very good design aesthetic and helped us build the vision that we had. I have recommended this contractor to many of my family and friends. I will hire them again for our next project!

Annex exceeded my expectations. I have an older brick house which needed more light. Annex put new windows in two of the rooms which involved taking out brick, putting in new headers, replacing wallboard and texturizing. They also put some awesome molding around the windows. I couldn't be happier. This is a family operation and everyone gets along well. There was no mess and the work was done efficiently and courteously. I would trust these guys with any remodeling.
