The project stared out with a 2 stall garage with in law apartment above. Then we changed to a great room above. They were great to work with changing the plans Great to work with true professionals. Up front schedule and payment plan before signing contract. Schedule was kept with no interruptions. Communication was great. Every worker that came to the house was very professional and courteous. Answered any questions we had. Very flexible with any changes we wanted to make. All in all a great experience. Absolutely above and beyond any experience we have had with any other contractor. We highly recommend Apple Wood Construction for any of your needs.

I hired Applewood Construction for a complete bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every aspect of the remodel - from the initial project plan/pricing proposal to the completion - was handled with care and precision. Lenny handled demo and reconstruction, and provided helpful hints along the way. He brought in excellent subcontractors to handle the plumbing, electrical work, and painting; all did terrific work. Lisa at the office kept me updated on contractor schedules, the status of supply orders, and even gave advice when a couple of items weren't available. This is a high-quality company delivering excellent results. I recommend them for any remodeling project you have in mind.

It's been three years since the kitchen was remodeled and I love it just as much now as I did when it was first completed. The materials have all held up beautifully (cabinets are still a perfect fit) and the layout works. There isn't a thing I wish was different. Lenny is a perfectionist with his own work and sets that same level of expectation with those he subcontracts. This was an all around positive experience.

From the start, our kitchen remodel was a great experience using Applewood Construction. Lisa kept us up to date with schedules and dates with all the contractors that were involved with the project. Lenny is incredible, he hung all the cabinets by himself with ease. Lenny even went the extra mile with us when we ran into a snag with cabinets that did not fit due to us changing the type of refrigerator from the original design. Lenny made recommendations to us and the final kitchen was more than I can imagine. Everyone involved who came to our home was very PROFESSIONAL. The workers even put down clothes to protect the floors we just had finished. This company was referred to me by both My mom and my brother and I am glad I listen. We were fortunate to work with Apple Wood Construction on our kitchen remodel a couple of years ago and more recently a bathroom remodel. We were extremely pleased with the results of both projects. Lenny and Lisa are great to work with. They were always happy to offer helpful suggestions and were very responsive to all of our questions. They provided us with contacts so we could pick out all of the materials and furnishings at reasonable costs. We were provided a detailed work schedule as soon as we signed on and for both kitchen and bath and they stuck to the schedule to the day with both projects completed exactly on time. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely like to work with Apple Wood again for any future home renovation projects.

Apple Wood Construction has remodeled both of our bathrooms. Working with Lenny and Lisa was a pleasure. They are very knowledgeable about all facets of construction and their advice was very valuable when making decisions. They were very clear with their work schedules (dates, times, and costs), and were very professional in every way. We hired Apple Wood Construction to remodel our kitchen. From the initial meeting to the completion of the project we can only say we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. Lenny and Lisa were very accommodating from working with our budget, providing ideas and open and honest feedback. From the day they started through completion, work was done according to the schedule, the work area was clean at the end of each day, and we received frequent updates on what was going on through calls and emails from Lisa. During the winter of 2014/2015 we experienced ice dam flooding that damaged multiple rooms in our home. Applewood Construction/Kitchen & Bath assessed the situation and turned a devastating experience into a dream kitchen, plus restored living room and dining room ceilings, replaced and painted walls, reinforced sunroom framing and installed new roof over sun room. Lenny began by providing us with a professional estimate; breaking down the cost on each aspect of our project. During this process he presented us with some great design options which we incorporated into our project. Prior to beginning work he provided us with a schedule that was lived up to by the carpenters, electricians, plumbers, sheet rockers, painters, etc. Everything went like clockwork. Each and every contractor acted professionally. All were courteous and considerate. They all cleaned up at the end of each day. After sometime looking for a professional contractor we finally found one. Lenny provides quality work at a fair price, and old school work ethics with state of the art design. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!! Apple Wood Construction remodeled our kitchen. From design, build to project completion, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt, timely and responsive.
