Installation of radiant heated floor in studio building (appx 28' x28'). When deciding to do this project, I consulted my architect, Fred Stelle who had designed the house, garage and studio. He recommended Darius Kun of the Arch Group Building Company out of Southampton. Darius provided exceptional planning, time lines and names of all on the project team for questions I may have once the job was done. They have an excellent work ethic and work began at 7am most days. The work began January 7, 2019 and was completed by the end of the month. I give them high marks in all categories, honestly, everything from protecting furniture, etc. stored on the second level by creating a plastic room around it, clean up each day, explaining anything I asked about enthusiastically, dumpster care and removal (swept driveway where it was), and when all the tape and spackle was complete, they had their housekeeping crew come back and clean everything! Oh and did I say spot on with the budget?? Yes, I would recommend them.

The Arch Group Building Company has completed 3 projects at my home over the last few years. Each project was a positive experience for the family and this was not only due to the wonderful design, but also due to the professionalism of the Arch Group from the owner to the workers that made everything come true. The initial project was a 2-story addition that Arch Group added to an existing house....a house that was constructed without consideration to the natural woodland preserve that surrounded the property. After many meetings and thought with the contractor a visual statement was created that consisted of good design and a true sense of being integrated with the natural setting. Several years followed and Arch Company replaced an existing deck that was strictly functional. Again, due to an exchange of thought and the professional advice of the contractor a deck of mahogany, steel and glass were combined to create an architectural statement that reflected an interesting structure that took notice of the natural preserve that includes woodlands and an expansive vista. A floating wall of mahogany and aluminum rods were integrated with the surrounding wall of glass panels. The decking integrated not only the natural world, but also the interior of the house to both the outside living space and into the woodlands. With the left-over mahogany planks a design was agreed upon to construct an outdoor shower by the edge of the woodlands. Again, the result was an architectural statement....an outdoor shower that consisted of openings that secured privacy and at the same time an unbroken view of the natural surroundings. Over the years a mundane house evolved into a carefully designed home for the family that brought the interior into the natural surroundings. The projects were free of stress....and again a positive and fulfilling process. The budget was within reason, agreed goals were met by following a clear schedule and the quality of work by Arch Group is without question.

Darius, Anastasia and their whole team has helped me many times in jobs giant and small from painting to blasting out concrete in my basement. They are so completely on top of everything. Of course hiring professional and competent workers, but also keeping you informed of the process step by step with excellent communication and updates. In any event this is gold, but when working on a second home while you are in another town and knowing you are taken care of, it’s priceless. All work always came in on time, on budget and with excellent quality!

Have used Arch for several projects over the years -- a new deck with screened porch, two complete bathroom remodels, and in fall 2018 for a complete new kitchen job. Arch (Darius) is very attentive to the customer, eager to please, totally honest, and very reliable. All work was done to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction at a price we considered very fair, based on detailed estimates. We worked closely with Arch in the design process and were able to select and buy most of the materials (tile, appliances, etc.) ourselves, saving some money in the process. For the kitchen project Arch provided numerous 3-D renderings until we were both sure we had designed exactly what we wanted. The project was done on time, and the clean-up was excellent' all final "punch list" items were addressed very promptly. Arch provided extensive photo reports on the project and came back to us with questions and to check details as well as propose solutions when unexpected issues surfaced after demolition (as they always will!).. the photo reports also allowed us to make comments or ask questions along the way. We were thus able to supervise construction from a distance and yet feel confident it was going well. When we are ready for our next job we will use them again!
