Archadeck of Northeast Dallas

Aguie and Mike did a great job screening in a patio for us. We already had the patio built, but we were looking for someone to screen it in to keep the bugs out and give us a little shade. We interviewed a lot of contractors, and we chose Archadeck because they had a unique product at a competitive price. We loved the screen they offered because they could do large screens without poles in between. We had some issues after the initial installation, but Mike and Aguie went above and beyond to make sure our issues were addressed. We have recommended them to our friends and had a good experience with them.

WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Archadeck came out to put in a new stamp & stain concrete patio for me. As you can see from the pics it is a total disaster. The color is not even close to consistent, there are streaks throughout it, there are light and dark strips going across the stamped boards and there are impressions that look as though someone pressed the form in with their knee - these are all over the deck. They assured me when we signed up for this that it would look like a wood deck or a very close facsimile of one. I'll let you decide from the attached pics if this is anything like a wood deck would look like. It looks like a stamp and stain that went very wrong. When I contacted them , they came out to look at it and told me they would get back to me after talking to their concrete person. No response for 2 weeks until I followed up with two emails and the response at that point was that they can darken it for an additional $900.00!!!!!!! WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!

A couple of years ago, we contacted a patio contractor to extend and build our outdoor covered patio/kitchen. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out. We were hesitate in finding a new contractor. We contacted four different outdoor patio contractors to see if they could build our patio in how we envisioned it to be. We decided to go with Archadeck of Northeast Dallas. Boy, we are very happy we did! Our experience with the company has been the best anyone could ask for! Considering our previous failed experience with the first contractor. Our sales rep, Debbie was very knowledgeable, informative, and most importantly no sales tactic pressure. Customer service was great. Debbie kept us informed at every step of the project! Mike, the Project Manager oversaw the project and always provided answers to any questions that we had. We couldn't be more pleased with our custom built outdoor covered patio/kitchen! The best investment we ever made! We will be using them again.

Archadeck did a great job on building our outdoor bar. They prepared the plans, came sooner than expected and did a great job. Kept everything cleaned up in our back yard and when they were finished there was no mess left behind. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to have some work done.

Exceptional Company!! My husband and I wanted to add an outdoor kitchen, covered patio and 3 season room to the home. After searching for and interviewing several companies in the area we decided to contract with Archadeck NE Dallas-Southlake for the job. Mr. Garza and his team absolutely delivered! We encountered several challenges receiving HOA approval for the project but Mr. Garza was with us every step of the way. Once the project began, we were given weekly updates and were told what to expect next. There were very minor delays with the construction schedule that were of no fault of the company but were attributable to record breaking rainfall in the area. The impeccable salesmanship was no doubt a factor in making us confident and comfortable enough to select Archadeck for a project of this magnitude. However, they absolutely did not disappoint! The attention given to each phase was remarkable. Consideration was given to every minute detail and is what I believe sets this company apart from its competition. The project turned out beautifully and needless to say we are very satisfied with the results. We would hire Archadeck NE Dallas-Southlake again without hesitation. It was a pleasure to work with a group of people who are Honest, Professional and Experts in their field!

Very professional! The team that constructed the patio are as much an artist and contractors. We could not be more pleased with the result. They kept us informed and up to date with all the next steps. We would recommend Archadeck to anyone wanting truly professional work.

We recently hired Archadeck to enlarge our back patio, add an outdoor kitchen, add a firepit area, and complete some landscaping. I was very pleased with everything they did. Although there were some snags (monsoon rain in the middle of pouring the patio, etc.) the Archadeck team rose to the occasion and figured out how to work around the issues. We also made some slight changes during the project and Archadeck was very accommodating and polite in making the changes. I recommend them highly.

You never know whether to believe a review or not so here is an honest review. Augustine knows his business. He designed the patio according to what we asked for. They took care of all city permits and inspections. Augustine was easy to communicate with because he returns his calls and text. Debbie always answers her the office phone. He was there watching the construction most of the time. We are very happy with their work. If I had to point out any flaws it would be the pace. Sometimes they did not come exactly when he promised but in his defense he built our patio at the end of 2017 which was a period when there was a limited supply of construction crews. They cannot control this. Augustine did have to change plumbers and the new one was even better than the first one. Lastly, I discovered over a month later 3 sprinkler had been covered up with sod. One call and Augustine had someone come out and find them and make sure they were working properly. We would definitely hire them again.

We would highly recommend Archadeck! Augustin worked with us from start to finish. He and his teams professionalism and thoroughness is hands down one of a kind. We will definitely use them for future projects & gladly refer him to family & friends.

We had an excellent experience with Archadeck of Northeast Dallas from the first meeting until the project was complete. During construction, we were given suggestions about enhancements such as putting dimmers on the lights, installing French drains for better water drainage, and making accommodations now for future electrical plans so that the work we were having done wouldn't have to be disturbed in order to install landscape lighting later. We never felt like we were being "up-sold" or pressured before or during the construction process. We were impressed with this company's attention to detail, their time management, work ethic, workmanship, fair pricing, personal service, and post-project follow-up. I can confidently, in good conscience, recommend Augustine, the owner, and his crew to plan and complete your construction project whether it is large or small. You can have confidence that your project is being built correctly and without any corners being cut. You will enjoy the results for many years. Five stars all around for Archadeck of Northeast Dallas. Don't let the "Northeast" part in the business' name deter you from contacting them. They work all over the Dallas area and beyond.

We could not be more pleased with the patio Archadeck built for us. They proved to be very professional, honest, as well as being easy to contact and work with through the entire process. They kept us informed and we always knew what to expect as to when they were coming and what was to take place next. The workers were courteous and yard was left safe and in order each day when they left. It was clear that their main goal was to make sure we were completely satisfied with our patio and pergola and we are. Thank you Augustin and Debbie for incredible service. Highly recommend them.
