I initially reached out to Armani Enterprises to do a powder room remodel for me, and soon my list of renovations grew as I saw how friendly Armani and his crew were. Rihan did an awesome job with helping us turn our fixer upper house into a home. He did our basement, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, fence on one side of the house, master bedroom, walk-in closet in the basement room and husband’s commercial kitchen as well! Hands down ARMANI ENTERPRISE is the only company anyone with a basement renovation must hire you will notice their differences from the typical contractors from the very early stages. We found them and two other companies through Homestars! Mr. ARMANI was the only one who responded to our email right away and met us within the same week, his knowledge of the work and their accurate quote as well as the milestone payment schedule that he offered us made them stand out among the two other companies from the very beginning but we waited for 2 week for the other companies to provide us with their quotes, which were both surprisingly more than Armani Enterprise so we had no reason to hesitate but to hire them! Thanks to Katrine their engineer, we got all the drawings and permits ready in a timely manner and ARMANI started the project with preparation even before the permits came through! Thanks to his management skills our experience was nothing but smooth and joyfull he very well involved us in each step of project and made sure everyone on his crew is doing their job with the best quality possible. ALSO, we gave him to renovate our master washroom on the same time to renovate. Thanks for everything ARMANI and we've already passed on your card to few of our friends! Best of luck to you

Rihan came recommended by a friend. I only needed wood floor replacement due to a flooding issue but when he came for a quote, on a whim I decided to include everything that needed replacement in the future (kitchen tile floor, backsplash, kitchen cabinets door replacement, two bathroom full reno, and painting). He gave us such a reasonable quote that we decided to go through with the entire project with him Here are the reasons why I have since recommended him to other people: 1. He provided better value than other contractors. His quote was the cheapest and throughout the project, he would give suggestions on how i could save money and even helped pick up our vanity to save on delivery fee. He would also offer to pick up certain materials if I am unable to do so. He will provide some inputs to our design ideas and would often turn out better. 2. He is a professional. He showed up on time and worked the full day with minimal breaks, thus completing my project slightly earlier than schedule. He is easy to get a hold of and will respond/call when he said he will. He also tried his best to clean up as much as he can after every work day. I dealt with a previous contractor that I needed to follow up with on answers, showed up on different times, sometimes working half days and was delayed completing the project. 3. He goes over and above. He saw my cabinet was damaged and fixed it himself. I wanted to replace my kitchen sink and unfortunately the new sink did not fit properly in the old space and he found a solution. Assembling anything is not my strongest trait and he assembled my light fixtures for me. 4. I was not satisfied with the initial work on the kitchen cabinets and he immediately addressed it with the supplier to rectify the problem. The project was physically and mentally exhausting for us having to live in a messy house for months but we’re so glad we went with Rihan as he made it as easy as possible for us. His work ethic has also impressed some of my neighbours that they have reached out to him for potential future projects.

Rihan did a great job with our bathroom renovation. They also replaced our laminate flooring, kitchen backsplash, removed popcorn ceilings, installed potlights and painted. Project finished on schedule and they kept work site clean. Highly recommended!

I had been fortunate to find Armani Enterprise on Houzz last year. I spoke with more than 20 contractors and I found Armani to be the best fit for my reno needs especially on the schedule and budget aspects. I first contracted Armani for a full gut kitchen renovation, with a consideration to remove popcorn ceiling in my living and dining area. Kitchen reno finished on time and below budget, which allowed me to update living room, dining room, foyer and powder room. Armani was able to transform my reno vision into reality. My whole main floor looks fantastic! Having witnessed their skills and workmanship, I contracted Armani for several more projects - full basement bathroom plus laundry area (repiping that required jack-hammering the cement floor). And most-recently completed was a full-gut of my master bathroom. I was very happy with the Armani team. It was evident to me that they had the knowledge, skills and experience to complete all my reno projects to a high standard of quality, with a genuine commitment to stay on time and most importantly on budget. My house feels like a new-built. I have a new-found love for my house.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the excellent service we received from the Armani Enterprise inc. I needed a contractor to do full renovation in my basement and add a laundry area on the main floor to split the house into two separate units. I wanted someone whom I could trust to be a person of his word; who would stick to his initial quote; who would communicate with me collaboratively about the issues and challenges; and whom I could rely on to do a flawless work without me having to look over his shoulder. He also did some unplanned jobs here and there as a favor which deserves a big shoutout. Armani and his team did all the remodeling and new framing, flooring, plumbing, electrical wiring, cabinet, and window installations. They also did a professional job in restoring the water damaged floor and wall as well as dealing with unexpected issues which came up during the project. Although the project was done during the COVID19 pandemic, he exceeded all my expectations in both the work he has done and the attitude with which he has accomplished the task. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Armani Enterprise. First of all, Rihan is a very honest, clean, respectful and professional man. From the beginning, he came with an accurate estimation for all expenses and there was no surprise at the end. Full renovation was done professionally for: Two washrooms, toilets, hardwood flooring, main floor tiling, kitchen tiling, stairs remodeling, full painting along with removing the popcorn from ceiling. His great advice and idea for new design is admirable. Armani Enterprise did a great job renovating two bathrooms in my townhouse. Rihan helped pick out the tiles we used and made useful recommendations. He also went to pick up items and materials for the renovation store for us and brought them to our home. The crew was very professional, wore masks and worked hard and efficiently. Receipts were provided for transparency. All in all, a great experience! I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Armani did for us on our two bathrooms. He gutted and re-tiled the rooms, installed a new bathtub, shower, sink and toilets and finished everything off with great attention to detail. His estimate was one of the lowest, but he explained all the costs very clearly and tried to save us money whenever possible. Armani and his assistant do all the work themselves, and they are very reliable and honest. Armani also came back to make minor adjustments and install bathroom fixtures after he was finished with the renovations. We recommend him very highly.

My husband and I had Armani Enterprises come to our home for a bathroom and hardwood floor renovation project. This started out well but sadly ended not the way we had hoped. Our medicine cabinet is now ruined and needs to be replaced because of nails he hammered in the wrong place and wood that was placed unevenly for our floors. We have had to look for another contractor to come in and help us remedy these challenges with an added cost to our budget. When my husband and I had him back to help get a list of detailed fixes, he was rushing through the day and as a woman made me feel uncomfortable in moments when I wanted to make sure we had accomplished the work.

Hello everyone, Me and my wife we bought a new property and our agent gave me Armani enterprise number and told me he did a lot of job for him and recommended him , we called Armani and he come the second day , he gave us a very good advice and also gave us a very good price, we decided to hire him and he renovated two laundry, two three piece washroom with a kitchen, he did a very good job we really like his service and we definitely recommend him to everyone. The job went very smoothly Armani and his team. Armani were terrific to work with. They were incredibly nice, professional, clean, and with an eye to detail. My experience with Armani Enterprise has been extremely positive. The estimate was accurate right from the beginning; there were no surprises. The contractor we had was Rihan. He was very professional and meticulous with his work. The work involved major repair of a ceiling that had been damaged by water leaking through the roof. Rihan took care of everything we needed, including re-insulation, dry wall, and painting! We also added on the job of carpet removal. Removal of debris was included in our cost. It was one stop shopping! Most of all, he is an honest, trustworthy young man with a heart of gold. We have connected with him to the point that we consider him not only a friend but family! i hired this company to renovate my all house , so i called rihan and he gave me a very good quote and I decided to hire him because he seem very honest i was really impressed with all his work he has done in my house, he did my tiling , my all kitchen, crown moulding , also renovated my washrooms and class door installation , after all the worked he did i asked him to do painting and he did very professional work , Thank you so much rihan I do recommend him
