Arquero Homes quoted us on an extensive renovation. When work began, after 1 month, they were over triple what we were quoted. I would not recommend working with this contractor.

I had Grant install a new fireplace, along with surrounding tiling, new mantle and flush mount a TV. Despite being a smaller project than most, Grant made sure to give it his full attention, calling me with regular updates along the way. If I didn't know what option I wanted, he arranged for me to meet with vendors so I could visualize better what I wanted and give direction The project came in just under budget, and I was impressed not just with the end result, but also all the steps his team took to keep my place clean and tidy outside of the work area.

Arquero Homes was a fantastic company to work with for our kitchen, hallway and bathroom remodel. Grant Archer was personable, professional and highly communicative. He worked with us every step, giving us stylish and sleek options around what would best suit our home while keeping us on (and under) budget. With Grant and his team's help, our west coast inspired home reno is better than anticipated. I would highly recommend Arquero Homes and Grant Archer to anyone who is looking to build, update or remodel their home.

We hired Arquero Homes to take over on a large renovation in Vancouver. Six months into the process we had to make the difficult decision to fire our original contractor. Grant and his team were able to take on the project almost immediately and what started out as a nightmare, was quickly reversed. We found that the communication was consistently straight forward and honest. The billing was on budget and organized. And the quality of work and trades was 5 star. Grant’s experience, connections and ability to well manage his trades really stood out to us. We are very happy with the experience and end result. Would not hesitate to recommend.
