I wish that I could give Austin Fieldworks more than 5 stars for the addition and renovation they just completed on our home. Paul and Fiona went above and beyond in every interaction we had with them, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. I’ve worked with a number of contractors over the years, but I’ve never been fortunate enough to work with a couple who are so nice, knowledgeable, and talented. Throughout our build they came up with ways to save us money, improve on our concepts, and they were exceedingly patient with us when we made last minute changes. I cannot recommend working with Austin Fieldworks highly enough. They completely transformed our home, and we could not have had a better relationship with them while the work was ongoing. I cannot imagine being happier with the end result. Paul and Fiona - Thank you so much for making our home so beautiful!

Austin Fieldworks recently completed a remodel project for me including 3 bathrooms, a stairwell, a laundry room and an entry. Paul and Fiona were easy to work with and professional throughout. The project was completed on time and on budget thanks to their thoroughness and an excellent process. I am very pleased with the results. As with any project, there were unexpected issues, but Austin Fieldworks addressed them immediately and provided me with all possible solutions and their consequences so that I could make informed decisions. They were even kind enough to cover the cost of repairs for some accidental damage. Paul has developed a list of quality subcontractors who did excellent work. I have another larger project planned in several years and Austin Fieldworks will be the first company that I contact for that job.

Paul & Fiona are truly dedicated to their clients! In our case, Paul arrived on time, and eager to hear about our project. He was able to provide concise details about his processes and even suggested ways to improve on what we had envisioned. Fiona followed up with us -- she was professional and detail oriented. We could tell Paul and Fiona were in perfect sync. We would absolutely connect with them on future projects. (Thanks guys!!)

Austin Fieldworks has completed two significant renovations at our house. We're expecting to do one more, and we're hoping Paul is available then! They communicate clearly, show up when they say they will, and do excellent work.

Our project was an upstairs bathroom renovation. The care they exhibited was superb. They went to great strides to cover our stairway and carpet. They were easy to work with and very professional. The project turned out wonderful! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Paul is the consummate professional who holds himself and his contractors to the highest standards. Austin Fieldworks' quality of work is excellent. Paul was engaged in all aspects of the remodel and was always available to answer questions and resolve any issues. Very happy with the remodel of our kitchen, bathroom, breakfast area, utility room, family room, bar and the enclosure of a patio. Highest recommendation!

Austin Fieldworks did a fantastic job with our complete kitchen renovation, as well as interior painting, updating the fireplace surround and adding recessed lighting in a couple rooms. Some of the reasons we selected Paul as our General Contractor were his friendly, calm demeanor and his immediate understanding of our style and sensibilities. He put us at ease that the project would be completed according to our desired timeline. Even when there were minor hiccups to the plan – and there always are – he brought us thoughtful options and solutions. He also suggested some unique touches that have made the kitchen more functional. Paul works with a skilled team of subcontractors and craftspeople, and recommended helpful local vendors for material selection (tiles, countertops, hardware, appliances, etc.). Overall, a great experience and we’d work with Paul again without hesitation.

The focus by Paul and Fiona on the details and quality finishes in our kitchen renovation were an impressive attribute along with their base knowledge and professional expertise. They were able to take our lackluster, basic kitchen and turn it into a timeless, personalized room that our family now enjoys. We loved working with them and would highly recommend them. We were so satisfied with the experience that we hope to work with them on a bathroom renovation next year.

Builder was easy to work with and communicates well. Pricing was fair based on quality. Quality of some work through the subcontracted trades was not great but builder has been available to address problems even after warranty period. AF stand by their work.

Every time I need to tackle a house project it makes me wish I still lived in Austin just so I could reach out to Austin Fieldworks. My family's experience with them could not be more of a positive one. Not only did they stay within budget, but everything was completed on time - even despite some delays along the way. Paul and Fiona walked us through everything step by step, their communication was STELLAR, and their input invaluable. Austin Fieldworks gave us their honest input and feedback regarding our plans, and it was positively excellent; we knew we could trust them. And we never once had a problem with any of the work completed in the years since the remodeling project. I credit our home selling in a single day and having a record turnout to the open house on the work Austin Fieldworks did. They're team is made up of kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional folks, and I never once felt uncomfortable with them in our place with or without us there. They transformed our house from a dark enclosed dwelling to a bright, airy, modern dream of a home. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Beautiful outcome on the recent Westlake kitchen, breakfast, family room and sun room remodel. This project followed the elegant master bedroom and master bath remodel. The design team of J. Mayfield Interior Design, Inc. was proud to be a part of both projects. Working with Austin Fieldworks was a rewarding experience. From concept, construction and completion, the working relationship with clients, design team and building contractor was very satisfying.
