I had a water leak in my garage and contacted my insurance company who contacted Arizona Construction And Renovation LLC. A gentleman by the name of Tim came over to my home and explained how his company’s mitigation works along with timelines. Tim managed the entire process from beginning to end and everything has gone better than I expected. Tim has been a total professional and has kept us updated on everything that was taking place. His team has been very thorough and professional also. Over all my wife and I are are EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with Tim’s work ethic and his commitment to us as his clients. This contracting company did a wonderful job on my house! They were amazingly polite, and incredibly hardworking! Phil especially was a wonderful person to work with, and was even willing to come back a a few months later when I discovered a small leak. Incredible team, 11/10 would recommend!

If you have ever experienced the absolute dread of finding a leak in your home and not knowing where the leak is coming from or how to stop it then you know this pain that I felt when this happened to us. After a stellar remediation by Bingham Restoration my insurance company referred us to AZ Construction for the reconstruction. I had a few changes I wanted to make to the initial reconstruction offering and AZ Construction went above and beyond to make sure that happened. My project manager, John Bass, was the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. He was extremely professional but had a sense of humor which is much needed when the work is hard and the projects are long. He took the time to help us make the right decisions about finishes and had patience when the decisions took some thought and reflection. He made extra trips to the house to ensure the project was going well and managed all of the trades with professionalism and courtesy. His tradesman were absolutely amazing: starting with Fernando, who has the attention to detail you want on anything going on in your home all the way to Javier: his tile work was beyond gorgeous! I am very thankful to AZ Construction for their professionalism and expert trades. I will always use them and recommend them for any upcoming projects we have in the future.

Me and my husband wanted to turn our large outdoor shed into a guest house - and a work area for me! We chose AZ Construction to do the job. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier. I hope my photos are viewable because this was the transformation we were looking for and then some. Steve and Jeffrey were great at communicating the whole way through and listened to everything I wanted. We would use them again in a heartbeat and have let our family and friends know for their projects.

I met Jeff through a personal friend who recommended him and his team to help me renovate a home in the foothills. I was absolutely thrilled to get both the "hard truth" of costs, as well as the enormously helpful suggestions on how and where to save money. I couldn't be happier with the results! During the remodel, Jeff's contractors were very skilled and knowledgeable about the materials they were installing, and they worked carefully, tirelessly and efficiently. The countertop was honed meticulously, because it's shape was so different. The result was a remarkable and unique countertop that made the kitchen come alive. They "held my hand" through the various stages, and informed me about what comes next. He went out of his way to make sure there weren't unexpected or lengthy delays between stages. I felt safe and comfortable when his workers were in the home. Great job, I would recommend to anyone looking for a general contractor that they can trust

I met Steve and Jeff over 10 months ago on a routine visit to update one of my bathrooms. I found them on Houzz and was immediately drawn to them from one of the project photos they had previously completed. the visit was initially supposed to take 15 minutes as I had to be leave for a previously scheduled appointment. I am not sure what transpired but 2.5 hours later, we were still talking about this very tiny bathroom of mine. I was really amazed how genuine these two guys were, as I am aware I was not a big ticket item for them, but they stayed and continued the discussion. They gave me some spectacular ideas which we implemented on their remodel. 10 months later, they have remodeled my kitchen as well and fully renovated my sister's home per my recommendation. the two of them really provide a fine balance and I genuinely would refer them to anyone. If you are looking for a extremely talented team of designers and innovators within the construction space, you have just found them, they are truly amazing!!! Mark

I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.
