5 Starts - JDSA Bailey Construction saved my basement! I highly recommend their services. JDSA Bailey Construction saved my basement after a major water leak! While I was on vacation, my hot water tank burst, flooding my basement. I was able to salvage most of the hardwood flooring, but the drywall and subfloor were damaged beyond repair. After removing the ruined materials and drying the area with industrial dehumidifiers, I hired JDSA Bailey Construction to restore the space. From start to finish, their team handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. They replaced the insulation and resealed the vapor barrier, removed and replaced the rotted drywall (mudding, taping, and sanding), installed a new subfloor, and carefully reinstalled the hardwood flooring and baseboards. They even touched up some of the paint on other walls of the basement that weren’t part of the original quote—at no extra charge! The workers were prompt, skilled, and completed the project ahead of schedule—taking just 3.5 days, rather than the anticipated longer timeline. The price was fair and reasonable for the level of work provided. I also appreciated their attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship. I feel fortunate to have worked with such a reliable and professional company. Without a doubt, I’d hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!
