Bailey Remodeling was outstanding from start to finish. They treated my home with respect and the project was completed on time and within budget. Some minimal hiccups along the way but they handled and addressed them. Not sure how this could have gone better.

Bailey did an excellent job with our project. They took care of all stages - planning, design, estimation, schedule & execution. Receptive to our needs and flexible to changes during the project. All their workers were respectful of property and diligent in their work. Special kudos to our crew chief - Cory Welsh. Highly recommended for basement finishing and remodeling.

My husband and I have completed (7) custom built or remodel projects over 30 years. So we know what to expect/how the process works. Our addition/remodel project with Bailey was by far the best experience we ever had. Bailey had a dedicated project manager for our project. Absolute Game Changer! Daily communication through Buildertrend software and face to face discussion. The selection process was seamless and actually a lot of fun! Plus the project was completed within a week of the scheduled date. What a great construction experience!

I can not say enough how wonderful it was working with Bailey Remodeling. I had a big project and a short timeline and Caleb made sure things stayed on schedule. I never had to worry about the schedule or when things were going to be done. I never had a surprise when it came to cost or timeline. Refreshing

We hired Bailey Remodeling to complete a mudroom and laundry room addition to our home in early 2020. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience and the work they did. The subcontractors did quality work and the project only took about a week longer than it was supposed to. Our only issue with Bailey Remodeling has to do with the contract negotiations with Brandon Bailey. During our very first meeting, he tried to pressure us to reveal how much we were willing to spend (we told him to give us his price first). At the next meeting, he had already written a dollar amount on the paperwork. It was more than we wanted to spend so we had to cross it out and lower the amount. My advice is that when you meet with Brandon, beware of his sales tactics and hold firm on your budget. Otherwise you will spend more than you should on the project.

We would highly recommend Bailey Remodeling & Construction. From the initial visit with Brandon, to the final walk though with the team, working with Bailey was a seamless process. The plan was formed after collaboratively meeting and then flawlessly executed. Every member of the team was easy to work with, professional and it was just a wonderful experience all around! We LOVE our new space!

Our main concern was staying on our timeline & budget. Bailey did a great job planning ahead & there were very few issues not planned for. Everything is beautiful & we were thrilled with everything being at least on schedule, if not a few days ahead. They actually finished a week early!!

My wife and I hired Bailey Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom, finish an outdoor patio and re-work our living area in the fall of 2019. From start to finish, they were on-time, within budget and met all of our expectations. They cleaned up their work areas every day and communicated extremely well with us so that we knew what to expect. They even worked with my wife to make sure that no sawing, hammering or drilling was happening during our kids' nap times. There are a lot of contractors that can perform remodeling projects, but the level of detail and craftsmanship, along with the communication and professionalism that Bailey brings to each project is what made us happy that we chose to work with them. I enjoyed working with the Bailey team. We transformed a very low functioning kitchen into a nice chef space that is beautiful. It was a whole house remodel, so the Bailey team did a lot and we worked with them as well as multiple outside vendors to achieve every project detail.
