I hired Bain Cochran Construction to renovate and remodel my house in Villanueva. The job involved replacing the flooring, removing some walls, replacing countertops, lighting, plumbing, and painting throughout. It was an unusual project in many regards, complicated by the fact that it is an hour and a half from Bain's office and that I live in Austin, Texas. I had to trust Bain to make decisions and handle the project for me. I am an interior designer and am used to overseeing projects directly, but I was 100% pleased with their performance, honesty, and reliability. We are now beginning work on another project together, this time the renovation of a 120-year-old adobe home. It would be impossible to take on these projects long-distance without a sound relationship with a competent and trustworthy contractor such as Bain Cochran.
