BCS gave us our dream kitchen to make our forever home feel complete. Their designer attended to every detail and took time to listen to our ideas before putting together the design plan. Demolition was completed in only 3 days! This included knocking out an entire wall between our old kitchen and dining room. The team was very open to suggestions throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful to Brent and Tara for making us feel at ease during our kitchen renovation.

We cannot say enough glowing things about the Balla team. BCS turned our unfinished crawl space of an attic into a gorgeous bedroom/bathroom. Not only are they expert craftsmen, but - even more importantly to use - each and every person we came in contact with at Balla, including subcontractors, was a kind and considerate person. We have a toddler and a newborn (who was born right around when the remodel started!), and everybody at Balla was so kind to our kids and to us. We truly came to think of the BCS team as family, and we cannot recommend Balla enough. They are professional, responsive, and excellent craftsmen as well as kind, wonderful human beings. We are so grateful to Balla and cannot recommend them enough.

We are very happy with the work done by Balla for our fully finished basement. We thought the Balla team did a great job on a large project. The team was professional from the start. The meetings held before construction began were helpful. The designer was very beneficial in helping us make decisions that would be cohesive with the rest of our home. As with any construction project there were a few delays that were largely out of Balla’s control, but the team was able to work around delays (and the winter weather) to get the job done. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Brent and the team were always able to make things right and we are really pleased with the end result. The woodworking and millwork for our project was particularly outstanding! Overall, the project was a success.

We thought the Balla team did a great job, and we are very happy with our new deck, patio, and outdoor living space. The Balla team was responsive to our questions, and the on-site crew were genuinely nice people. As with any construction project, there are some unanticipated bumps in the road, and the Balla team was great about quickly finding solutions. In all, our project was a success, and we highly recommend the team at BCS.

Balla Custom Services are awesome! I cannot say Enough good things about them. We had our kitchen remodeled and the carpenter named Peter was amazing. I learned a lot just watching him. We had a budget and even with several change orders, they came in under our budget. People told me to get ready to eat meals out. No, every afternoon when Peter was finished, he reconnected my sink and stove, so I could function. Unbelievable. My photos are before & after. Kathy Kozak

His crew constantly goes above and beyond my expectations each time and takes every aspect of my vision and brings it to life. This was the first time that I hired someone to work on my house by myself, my husband always made those decisions but is deceased. I had already had two consultations when I met Brent Balla. I knew very quickly that he was going to be my choice. He was the only contractor who asked me what I wanted verses what I needed. I changed my mind several times on my choice of flooring and he always listened and then gave his opinion on my choice. The day that the floor was being installed I received a call from Brent saying he could not use the flooring it was easily scratching and he knew that I would no be happy with my choice. They took up what had been installed and he recommended something different. I could not be happier with the honesty of this business and love the work that they did.

I would recommend Balla Custom Services to anyone as they were by far our favorite contractor. We have had lots of projects on our house over the years and recently hired Balla for a room renovation and custom build in. The staff was extremely friendly, always on time and on budget. We had a vision and Brent was able to capture that in his quote and the project came out exactly as we envisioned it. What we liked best was their early start time as my experience with contractors is they start much later or are late for when they say they are going to start. Balla is a truly professional organization that cares about their projects and attention to detail. I recommend them highly.

I contracted with Balla Custom Services for several home projects over the last two years. Projects included exterior door replacement, garage window repair, outside sealing and painting and wall mounting of flat screen TV. I found the services performed met or exceeded my expectations, the workers were professional, and for the work performed inside my home, they cleaned up the work area! This company can do anything. We had a new home built and had Balla Custom Services finish items that the builder charged too much to do. Electrical work, ceiling fans installation, painting, backsplash tiling,...they did it all. We were so pleased with their staying within the budget and keeping on deadlines, that we recommended them to family and friends, who used them as well. Everyone was totally satisfied with the work done. We began following them on their website and really admired the additions, decks, and rehabs they were doing locally. We knew we had hired the best.
