BAM Builders & Remodeling

Bam Builders do excellent work. They installed can lights to brighten my dark kitchen. My bathroom shower was so small and dark. They built a fabulous new shower that is bright, roomy and super functional. I highly recommend using Bam Builders.

We talked to many builders before we went with BAM. They were the only one to answer all our questions quickly, professionally and gave us real answers! We started the build during the middle of the pandemic and BAM told us they would be delays and kept us in the loop weekly. We appreciate the project manager Derek R. for always being on top of every detail and keeping the build on schedule. The app was extremely helpful and Caitlyn was beyond amazing with keeping us on budget. Thanks for making our dream house into our forever home!!

BAM Builders is a high quality construction company based in Waco. We had a room added on to our house with BAM and couldn't be more pleased. Jonathan and Caitlyn were great to work with and went out of their way to get things just as we wanted. I would highly recommend BAM to anyone wanting quality in their new housing needs.

Really don’t like to write bad reviews-But this has gone too far! Great if u want to pay $400k for an unfinished house in the swamp. Purchased a “Parade Home” during parade week, promises were made to complete things and touch up inside home after closing, builder had other projects w/deadlines due to parade week and asked for addl time. Water issues/drainage/run off from neighboring homes when they use sprinkler system, or light rain. It’s now to the point that we cannot let our dogs out to potty without them getting soaked and muddy-dogs have to come back inside so we now have ruined carpet..Neighbors pool floods from run off from our yard every time it rains and has threatened to sue us if we don’t do something. Have met with BAM builders (Jonathan) as well as neighboring builders SEVERAL times to remedy the drainage/grading issue, and received empty promises to correct the issues. BAM now has a new project manager so we can no longer speak directly to builder-project mgr who has never even been to our home puts the blame on neighboring builders, and basically told us it’s our problem, nothing will be done by BAM- PM actually suggested we get the city involved (as if the city built the home and didn’t ensure correct grading of the soil). BAM (Jonathan) is a “young” builder with a lot of talent and potential, it’s unfortunate that his word doesn’t mean much. Things like this can ruin a good name.

BAM Builders were great to work with as I rendered out an upcoming home design by Imagination Designs they're building. Courteous and professional, helpful organizing and conveying all the custom choices that go into an interior design's signature look and feel.
