Barry's did a really great job on our upstairs main bath/ laundry renovation. His work came in on budget and on time and we are thrilled with the quality result. He is attentive to detail and has very good design and esthetic ideas- a rarity for most contractors. He protected the areas of the house very well to minimize the dust/ dirt associated with all renovations. His crew showed up on time everyday until the job was done and even came in on a weekend. We would definitely use Barry's again for other renovations in our home.

Barry did a complete renovation/re-construction of our basement. Entire job took about 6-8weeks. From Barry's initial design to the finished product he was exactly in line with what we wanted and we regularly (almost daily) kept in touch as to the progress of the job and the budget. This was our first major renovation and Barry did a great job at keeping us informed about what was going on and any issues that arose. He arrived on-time each and every day. Barry kept our budget in mind throughout the project. The final product was fantastic and the workmanship was top-notch. Front Porch Rebuild After looking around and gathering a number of quotes, Barry's Construction seemed like the best quality at the best price. We did not regret going with Barry---he hired two other workers, showed up on time and got the job done before schedule. Our front porch was falling apart. Barry's team demolished it, and found that it was missing a foundation (when they dug up the dirt, they even found an old car engine that was placed underneath!). Barry dug down, added a foundation and was able to pour concrete under our existing basement walkdown to help reinforce it (after consultation with us as a way to reduce costs). He worked with us and our neighbor (it was a shared job), navigated the challenges of making decisions as a group (with grace and patience) and got the job done without a hiccup. We could not be happier with the finished product and will be using Barry's for any future concrete work. If you are looking for quality, Barry's Construction & Renovation is the way to go.

Hello, We moved in to a house with an unfinished basement and decided to hire Barry's Construction & Renovation Ltd. to turn our basement in to a legal one bedroom apartment. We did our research before hiring a contractor and after hearing many incredible reviews, we made our decision and went with Quacy and his team. This was the best decision we have ever made. Quacy and his team understands the importance of professionalism and workmanship. They would show up at 7am on the dot, every morning and work long hours to get the job done. They spent over two months working on the basement. Quacy's logistical planning and multi-tasking is amazing; he would have electricians, plumbers, drywallers and contractors working day in and day out and would not cut any corners. Barry's Construction & Renovation built a basement that looks to be out of a home magazine. We have beautiful quarts counter tops, a stone fireplace, a custom glass shower, heated floors in the bathroom, pot lights, a walk in closet and the list goes on. We could not be happier with the end result of this project. The city inspected the basement throughout the months and signed off without any issues or concerns. Quacy and his team did everything to code. Quacy's grandfather Barry deserves special recognition. This man is a legend. He worked alongside Quacy every day. The experience this man has is unbeatable. Quacy, Barry and his team would show up every day with a smile on their face and were ready to work hard despite the long hours and fatigue they must have been feeling.
