The team at Bay Harbour Homes is exceptional! Personal, extremely prompt with responsiveness, accommodating, diligent and reliable. They went above and beyond to complete our home renovation and addition, even personally coming over to assist with installation of items. Bob, Tom, Tim and Junior are some of the calmest and kindest professionals my husband and I have ever worked with. Our home came out beautifully and they even assisted with some of the design and color decisions! I highly recommend the Bay Harbour Homes team. They were a pleasure to work with and their work ethic and commitment to building / remodeling / designing a home is something we have not experienced with other professionals.

I am thrilled to have worked with Bay Harbour in building our dream home. We had our house built in 2016 and almost four years later, I am still amazed at the fabulous, professional and meticulous detailed work that Tom and his team put into this project. Just a month ago (almost 4 years after we moved in), I contacted Tom regarding an issue we had with the front cast tile... Contracted Bay Harbour to build our home from ground-up, and his company executed every nook and cranny we imagined. The quality was top-notch, and drew praise from everyone who stepped inside. Random people passing by would stop to marvel at the great craftsmanship. And we were thrilled at how everything turned out on the inside. Tom was always available via phone, and his staff was super-helpful. He met every budget expectation we set out for him, and he always kept us updated of even the little surprises that tend to pop up when building a home from scratch. Would love to work with BHH again some time - and would highly recommend them for custom homes in the Tampa Bay area.

I was referred to Bay Harbour Homes by my contractor during a home remodel. Based on the positive recommendation by the contractor as well as meeting with both Rob Ross (Vice President) and Tom DiGiacomo (President) I preceded to contract with Bay Harbour Homes in May 2012. The scope of their work was to include the installation of a structural steel beam as well as demolish and rebuild a new exterior deck to the second floor at the rear of the house. Approximately 6 months later I began to notice small stains on the interior ceiling near the rear of the house. I contacted Bay Harbour Homes by phone and left a message at this time. Over the course of time the ceiling stain progressed to substantial water leaks thru the ceiling and top of the sliding glass doors causing additional damage to drywall, molding and possible weakening of interior supportive structures. Throughout this period of time I continued to leave messages, voicemail and email for the Vice President Rob Ross but was never contacted in return. With no resolution thru the office communication, I began to respectfully contact Rob Ross on his personal cell phone. Each time I was able to reach Rob Ross on his cell phone, he would assure me he would look into it and contact me back. Although Mr. Ross has not ever contacted me back, eventually the roofer from the project contacted me this past September. He stated this is the first he has been made aware of the problem and that he was leaving for vacation but would be back in touch upon his return although he has not contacted me as of this time. He also stated the waterproofing material he used on our project was Modified Bitumen. I notified Rob Ross with Bay Harbour Homes by email that since they have not contacted me back or come out to the home to evaluate the situation that I will be contacting roofer/contractors to assess the damage. Two highly reputable roofer/contractors have been to the home and the estimated damage and repair is $11,851. The recent contractors stated that Modified Bitumen should not be used as a waterproofing material with a decorative walking surface. The original contract and correspondence with Bay Harbour Homes clearly acknowledges that a decorative walking surface will be put on surface of deck. I understand that the building market was extremely slow at the time of original contract in May 2012 but it was Bay Harbour Homes business decision to take on this remodel project although they are located in Tampa and my home is in Palm Harbor. But to not even acknowledge or send someone to the home to inspect the damage over the past three years is beyond my comprehension. I would not recommend Bay Harbour Homes in Tampa based on my personal experience.

We chose Bay Harbour Homes to build our large, South Tampa, custom home in 2010. Working with Tom DiGiacomo and his staff was a pleasure from start to finish. Tom, Rob, Tim and Pat felt like family by the end of our project. Always professional and responsive as well as efficient. Tom was quick to offer creative solutions to tricky issues that arose throughout the building process. Especially when we had changes which was often. Even after completion, Bay Harbour Homes is always available to correct any problems and offer ideas for future projects. We would highly recommend Bay Harbour Homes.

My husband and I were so pleased with Bay Harbour Homes, the quality, the staff, the professionalism, and I could go on and on, when we did an extensive remodel of our 1928 home that we are going to use them again to rebuild our detached garage. Our remodel included original plumbing, electric, bathrooms, new kitchen, finding all kinds of oversites in the original building and additions, new roof, airconditioning, exterior facelift, and more. Essentially it was a complete make over that took 7 or 8 months. We have recommended them with highest praise to any and all who ask what we thought of their work.
