We hired Bay Home Remodel to completely remodel our primary bathroom. Our home is 80 years old and we had a baby on the way, so were a bit nervous about taking on such a big project. Tom and his team showed their extensive experience from day one. Each hurdle that came up from issues with some poorly done DIY work, permit delays, and other surprises never phased the team and as a result, kept my husband and I free from any stress. Tom was always present to discuss our options and help us decide on the right path forward. My favorite part about working with Bay Home Remodeling besides the high quality work and gorgeous end result was the constant communication. The level of competence in project management and organization was nothing short of impressive. We LOVE the end result, it’s truly a work of art and feel so lucky that we get to enjoy this space every day. We would work with Bay Home Remodeling again in a heartbeat and recommend them for anyone tackling a renovation.

My wife and I hired Bay Home Remodeling to remodel two bathrooms as well as recessed lighting installation in our living room. Francisco and the team did a great job managing the project and kept us informed throughout the process. Very professional and courteous, and we would definitely recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Bay Home Remodeling. They were reasonably priced compared to the other two bids we received and from start to finish Tom and his team were professional and a delight to work with. They took care of all of the permits and inspections so it was less of a headache for us. With covid and working from home, me and my husband really wanted a contractor who respected our time and space and we found that in Bay Home! Juan and his team came on time every morning and left around the same time every evening - we were shocked by the progress they had already made within the first week. We had a couple of hiccups on the way, but nothing that Tom couldn't answer or handle for us. A good amount of our floor tiles came damaged and our re-order took a lot longer than expected; however, the team were understanding and once the tiles came in they came right back to the house to start the work back up again. We also had a couple of items that needed to be redone and Tom was more the happy to accommodate and come back to fix them. We honestly couldn't be more happier with the result and our first home officially feels like ours. We'll definitely look to hiring Bay Home in the future for future renovation projects.

Bay Home Remodeling just finished replacing my tub with a low threshold step-in shower and my standard toilet with a higher, ADA compliant one. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted. I live in a condo so there are limits to what I can change, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Bay Home Remodeling aqgain. Gal, part owner and lead contractor, is a dream to work with: professional and friendly, reliable, honest, clear and accommodating, on and on. He listened to what I wanted, offered a varieties of solutions (after all, he's the expert), checked in daily to make sure his workers were on track, dealt with all the paperwork and inspections needed and generally made my project seamless. Gal and his workers were respectful of my home and were always careful about Covid precautions, never making me feel nervous about them working in my home. Bay Home Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid (it wasn't the highest either), but when you have workers in your home for two weeks+, you want to be confident that the work will be done properly and on time, and want to be on the same page as your contractor. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bay Home Remodeling.

We started working with Tom right after closing on our new home - Tom and team helped us with floors and walls (smoothing & painting) across the whole house and also did a complete kitchen remodel, along with a number of misc touch-ups / electricals. Tom and team were fantastic to work with - he is super communicative (almost daily texts with updates and very very responsive with our qns), very thoughtful in timing and approach, and is in general very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We had some hiccups with getting our inspections done but Tom still managed to finish up the job ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the work. Would def work with Tom again in the future if we have the opportunity to!

All the crew of Bay Home Remodeling did a beautiful job on my bathroom and kitchen renovation ! The quality of the work was excellent. My bathroom was over 30 years old and therefore was quite outdated. As well, The bathroom had damaged pipes and needed a complete renovation. They presented all options and guided me through the design and selection process. I never felt rushed or pressured and it was very reassuring to see how devoted they were. Their office was always immediately responsive to any questions I had. I am so happy that I made the decision to hire Bay Home Remodeling and am very satisfied with the end result. They were very professional all around. I would definitely hire them for any future projects!

We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls.
