BCM London (owner Salar) recently completed our 2000sqft basement, taking it from concrete to a beautiful space. This included new bathrooms and a kitchen/bar area with custom cabinets and beautiful tile work and multiple living spaces. The work started before the contracted date and completed on time for a major event at our house. Salar is great to work with. He has a great team. He has worked with his contractors for years and was able to keep the job moving, even with COVID slowing inspections and deliveries. I give Salar and his team high recommendations for anyone taking on home construction work.

We hired BCM London to finish our basement. We are beyond happy with the final product. The entire process went smoothly. We were impressed with every sub and they all kept the job site clean. All expectations were met and the basement was finished on time. We will definitely use BCM London again if we have another house project!

We had them do a complete renovation of one of the bathrooms in our condominium, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We could not have had a better experience than with BCM London and Salar Sayari. We had several quotes done for a kitchen renovation project, that included gutting the kitchen and removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the dining-room. Salar was one of the few people willing to work with the permitting process in the City of Atlanta, something which we insisted on. His quote was as far as $25000 less than the most expensive one we got, on a $50-60000 project, all included. His quote included everything except the appliances. We had the walls redone, the electricity and plumbing updated, the appliances changed places, the floor was changed etc... Salar and his employeesassoicates were a pleasure to work with. Salar answers his emails and texts quickly, and is always willing to answer questions clearly. The work started the day we had agreed on, and was finished on the day that had been stated in the contract. The work done was quality work, and was approved quickly by the City. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience for this project!

I don’t know even where to begin with this review of BCM. My husband and I are absolutely overjoyed with the work they did for us! This is a family business and we felt like family the way we were treated - they wanted to do their best for us and that’s exactly what we got: their very best. Each team that handled a different aspect of our project were craftspeople with honed skills and attention to detail. As our project involved disability adaptations, some of the work requested was unique. BCM handled it all and handed us a reno we could only dream of. For anyone considering renovations of any kind, do yourselves a favor and meet with them. They are special. They are professional. They are high quality. You won’t be disappointed.

We used BCM London to do a complete finish of a basement. I had about 6 quotes for the job, with most prices being about the same with the exception of one really low and one really high outlier. We chose to go with Salar because I felt that he displayed a level of professionalism and experience that gave me confidence about the process. We made the right choice as not only did the basement turn out beautiful, but Salar handled all the aspects as we would have expected. I would highly recommend using this company! We just finished up our basement renovation and my experience with this company has been wonderful! Salar is fantastic to work with. In the beginning, I had an idea of what I wanted my basement to look like and when explaining to Salar he listened and followed up on EVERYTHING I mentioned. He is not pushy nor does he try to sell you on something, he may make a few recommendations that work to improve overall property value, but that's about it - and I really appreciated that. The workers were very professional and never really bothered us - many of times I did not know even know they were down in the basement. They were clean and professional. We had our basement finished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and keeping room. All the work done by the sub contractors was done professionally and of good quality. BCM London recently completed a remodel of my master and hall bathrooms and the master walk-in closet. Salar, the owner, was always courteous, accessible, and willing to work with me to achieve my design goals. Any problem that arose was addressed promptly. Salar’s estimate was very detailed, with a breakdown of each component of the project. And, his flexibility regarding design, product, and vendor selections was a welcome change from other remodelers’ restrictive approach. The subcontractors were polite and hard working. I was impressed with the quality of Hector’s work and his problem solving ability. Israel did an excellent job with both the design and installation of my tile selections. And, Hilario saw that the painting met my expectations. I decided to keep the original cabinetry, and Salar and his crews worked with me to seamlessly integrate the existing cabinets with the new master soaker tub and shower. (I had very specific requirements for the new enlarged corner shower regarding height of pony walls, depth and height of the bench and design and placement of the niche and fixtures. The frameless shower door and glass panels required special consideration due to size and footprint of the shower.) The carpentry and stain matching was exemplary, and I now have two beautiful and functional bathrooms. The master closet shelving/hanger system was designed and installed to my specifications, resulting in a walk-in closet that is both well organized and multifunctional with adjustable shelves. BCM London was an excellent choice for my recent home remodel, and I plan to work with this company on future projects. BCM London finished our basement and it was an excellent experience. I was very nervous about finding a contractor that did high-quality work at a reasonable price and wouldn't take forever. From the very first contact, Salar was on top of things, getting an estimate back to me in record time. It's a family business so everyone works together well. When the project started, things progressed on schedule with minor setbacks (some caused by us and always understandable). I had to bring a contractor to check the AC unit and even he was impressed at the level of detail in their work. Salar was always reachable and ready to answer questions. He addressed any fixes we needed quickly and without complaint. I also LOVE that his crew leaves things clean and in great shape. I cannot say enough about Salar and his crew. They have honestly become like family. They have been working on my extensive renovations since May. The project got extended past the estimated date of completion as we had a number of weather delays and things beyond Salar’s control. I actually do not know how the cost of the projects compares to other companies because as soon as I met and talked with Salar I hired him. The subcontractors have worked for Salar many times. We had a lockbox on the basement door for the crews to come and go. I had heard horror stories of having construction crews constantly coming and going and the intrusiveness of it. My experience was the exact opposite. Other than the expected noise of construction I never felt intruded upon or bothered. All the crews cleaned up every day and their work was excellent. I liked the fact that BCM is a family company. Salar was always reachable and answered messages quickly. He was on site regularly to assess progress and quality. I now have an incredible new deck, screened porch and a finished basement. I should add that Salar dealt with my very difficult HOA, and also put sod down at his own expense when one of the machines used for constructing the porch caused a little damage to my neighbor’s grass. I really have no complaints and only the best things to say about my experience.

The team was in and out of our house throughout the project, we gave them access for when we weren't there as well as when we were, and they were always polite and respectful and we didn't have any issues. I could not be more impressed with Salar's workmanship, professionalism, and communication. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was to work with Salar, but I'll give it a shot: - Throughout the project Salar made numerous design suggestions that ended up looking great. - He always communicated to us when people would be onsite and what they would be working on. - If timelines had to change for any reason (and it was a large scale project, so it was inevitable that things would things would end up shifting to some degree) Salar was always letting us know ahead of time why and when we could expect the work to be complete. - When we had a question Salar was always quick to respond by text or e-mail. - There was only one time during the entire project where something wasn't finished exactly to my expectations. I texted Salar about it that day, he responded that night that he would have it taken care of. The next morning it was fixed up exactly like I wanted it. I only intend to work with Salar/BCM London for future remodeling projects. It was a great experience.

BCM expanded our living area by knocking down a wall. They also built two large closets. Our job was more of a challenge than average because our condo was built in the 50's and has plaster walls. It took extra work to make the drywall look good in one wall, but Salar insisted on getting it right. This is a family business with great communication and a warm , personal touch. I greatly appreciated having my texts, emails and calls responded to immediately. All of our concerns were handled to our satisfaction, and we are delighted with our new, expanded living room and our new closets.

We hired BCM London for a project in our loft. It required Carpentry, Mudding, Sanding,Painting and Electrical skills.The project was started on time and took two days longer. The price never changed even though there were on the fly changes. We were pleased with the outcome and used them on two smaller projects. These gentlemen are true professionals.
