Beck Renovate & Remodel redid our laundry room. This was a small job but very complex because of the limited space and the layout of the room, which included a furnace, hot water heater and central dehumidifier. Rod was extremely helpful in designing the layout and addressing our concerns. He responded to our many questions in a timely and professional manner and provided us with frequent updates on the work schedule. The finished project was exactly what we wanted and, in fact, looked even better than we expected.

We had our basement remodeled including ceilings, dry wall walls, and floating floor. Together we worked out a design that was both to our liking and realistic to our setting. Good ideas were provided by Rodney Beck including proper ventilation, lighting, electric supply, and protection from water damage. Rodney coordinated the work of electrician, painter, carpenter, drywaller, and flooring people. He was very courteous to keep us informed of times workers would arrive and they always cleaned up their work. Rodney even worked with us on instillation of cabinets we purchased from Home Depot. Rodney helped us design a special staircase utilizing our existing stairs. I feel he always had our costs in mind. He didn't make me feel bad if I changed my mind about some part of the design. I have to hand it to him for his patience if a problem came up. Bottom line, our basement is gorgeous and I feel he would back his work if I had a problem even now that the final payment has been made.

Rodney Beck is a very conscientious, honest and trustworthy professional. He is very polite, a good listener, always available and responds very quickly to any text/e-mails and/or phone calls. His number one concern is the customer's satisfaction and there is no detail that is too small for his attention. If there is a client concern, he will address it immediately and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we ever have another remodeling project, we would gladly welcome him back into our home.

We had Rodney remodel 90% of our first floor and it even spilled into the second floor. He did everything he could to make sure we had the ability to cook meals and keep a fridge operating even though there was virtually no kitchen in existence - walls removed, flooring taken up, etc. He vetted and picked great sub-contractors especially the HVAC and electrical. Every time a problem from the original construction of the house came up he got us involved and laid out the options plainly. When it was all done we now have a fantastic first floor with a beautiful kitchen with great flow to the family room and dining room. My wife loves her new office which is her ladies cave. Great job all the way around!

A 1700 square foot unfinished basement and outdoor space was converted into the perfect entertaining space for family and friends. The project included a bedroom, bathroom, large fully equipped wet bar, media room, storage closet, deck, and patio with fire pit. Throughout the process, Rodney not only demonstrated his thorough knowledge of products and installation, he communicated it effectively to us. His team coordinated with subcontractors to provide us quality results. They were friendly, conscientious and trustworthy.

Commented: Using different color vinyl plank floor for bedrooms??Having a different color in a room like the bedroom is fine. Actually any room that has a door is ok because it is creates a line for new flooring to start.

Commented: Addition changes, savings not passed onMy point is that the reduction of the area would create a savings but the other areas would be extra if there are changes. I like to show the customer the credits and then show the additional cost.
