I can't say enough good things about working with Patrick and his team of solid crafstmen. Patrick is diligent, focused and always thinking about the impact of the project on his clients and. He and his team noticed when small things were out of line and would redo work if they felt it wasn't up to their expectations, which is so appreciated. We've worked with him over 2 years remodeling and modernizing our 1962 split level house in phases, and we are nearing completion of the final phase. He handled all but our bathroom remodel because of timing and projects he was already on, otherwise we would have happily had him redo our entire home. We still have people stopping and complimenting our home (and they can only see the outside!), and it has been a great partnership to work with Patrick.

We worked with Bennion construction on one of their remodels. Patrick was very intuitive and responsive. We were able to complete the job without any issues at all and would be more than happy to work with him in the future!

Patrick of Bennion has done several small jobs for us before doing a total bathroom makeover. The smaller jobs included a beautiful arbor. Patrick expects perfection from his workers who are trustworthy and courteous people. Although we ran into several unexpected problems(we have about 100 yr. old house)he was persistent in finding a resolution.

I hired Patrick to help me with a few projects in a rental property; including hanging cabinets, installing countertops, and trimming out newly installed windows. I would absolutely hire Patrick again for future projects, as well as recommend him to friends and clients. Patrick is trustworthy, accountable, and has a wealth of experience. And, his craftsmanship is top notch.

Patrick has done a few projects on our house. He remodeled our front entry and added a front porch, and also did a complete bathroom remodel with a new skylight. Patrick is very knowledgeable about all elements of construction - and gets to work fast. He is also great at recommending design materials and finishing touches. He does awesome work!

I've had the pleasure of working with Patrick Bennion on several projects. Our first projects together were as co-workers (I was VP of design and Patrick was a site superintendent) in a design+build firm and I very much enjoyed our collaboration. Patrick's open-mindedness and enthusiasm for creative solutions always resulted in a quality and thoughtful end result. Our most recent work together was performed in the capacity of Architect (me) and General Contractor (Bennion Construction & Carpentry). I was very impressed with Patrick's professionalism and ability to communicate with clients with respect to budget, process and design integration. I know I speak for our clients as well when I say that he is precisely what you look when selecting a contractor for your home remodel or addition; trustworthy, thoughtful, thorough and attentive.

Commented: Building a houseThis siding is cedar shingles with a traditional 8" x 2" reveal.

Commented: railingHand rails are powder coated steel. Cap is Ipe (same as decking). It was installed after steel rails were installed.

Commented: where is the closet fromThese were all custom built shelves and benches. Painted AC plywood.

Commented: Door hanldesHardware comes from Functional Fenestrations. Doors were custom made by Cherry Creek Door and Windows in Seattle.
