He replied promptly, provided a reasonable bid, understood the nuances of what my vintage condo required in terms of paint prep, finished on budget, and ever so carefully moved all of the furniture and artwork and then replaced all of the pieces with zero damage and exact accuracy both with respect to the paint job and the furniture placement.
