My husband and I hired this company on the personal recommendation of a close friend and we were not disappointed! I was a little "iffy'" about some of the details and they were very patient with me and helpful with suggestions that would give me the "look" I was after. The demolition of the existing bath was accomplished in less than a day and with little to no mess to my home and the job was completed very quickly, as compared to what other contractors had estimated. I was probably one of their pickier customers and they were very good at making sure all of my concerns were addressed. We are very pleased with the results and love our new master bath!

Bristlier Home Improvements helped me prepare my home to go on the market. The home showed well and sold in just over 1 week. - The fence was sprayed with fresh stain and my house was protected from any overspray. - The 2-story foyer was painted, including the wall along the stairs. - Some drywall repair was done. - The kitchen, bedroom, and living room were all prepped and painted. The job was done very quickly and professionally!

I hired Steve Birstler of Birstler Home Improvements in May of 2013 to renovate the one family house built in 1959 that My husband and I purchased. We hard wood floors put in, a bathroom completely gutted and renovated, custom built closets and book shelves put in, among other things. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design. He recommends quality materials. He is detail oriented as far as the finish work. He expect high quality work from his employees and supervises them closely. No job is too small. I contracted him to power wash, prepare my rental property between tenants, a clean up project after a backup in my parent's basement, repairs to my screen house, installing fixtures, and a mason project on my sidewalks and driveway. I have referred him to many friends and family. They were extremely satisfied. Most important, I have peace of mind. I don't have to worry about anything incomplete or trying to track him down as I experienced with other contractors in the past.
