We recently used BKZ contractors ( again) for a livingroom / diningroom/ stairs renovation. The crew arrives on time. Are clean and working very well together. Every one is quite knowledgeable. An issue arose, and we all brainstormed how best to solve it. The final result is what we wanted and then some! Highly recommend them!

Brian Zeldes and his crew removed a wall and added trim for us to create more of an open space between our dining room and family room. They did a great job communicating the details of the project and explaining any problem solving initiatives they needed to implement in order to complete the project. We are very happy with the overall job and they did an amazing job communicating with us throughout. They were a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Brian and crew did an excellent job on my deck. They showed up when he said they would and the work was first rear. I will use them again.

BKZ contractors was a pleasure to work with. Remodeling a master bath is a long process and Brian was there every step of the way. From the initial meeting to the selection of materials, through demolition and right through to completion, Brian explained every step clearly. Brian and his team were extremely professional, very personable, and kept the workspace and our home clean. The project was completed in the specified time and within our budget. I will definitely be using BKZ again.

BKZ renovated our master bathroom. We are so happy with the way it turned out! They were meticulous with the work as well as keeping everything clean as they went. There was very little disruption other than we couldn't use our bathroom until it was completed. They were great at communicating if any slight design changes were necessary as the job progressed. We are planning to use BKZ again soon for our hall bath renovations.

I hired BKZ to do my bathroom. Brian gave me a start date to which they were able to start earlier than expected. Not only did they get done ahead of schedule they did an amazing job. Brian, Justin and Biill were great, clean, very detail oriented. I would highly recommend BKZ.

We hired BKZ to renovate the first floor of our 1960’s split level. The plan included removing low ceilings and replacing with a new support beam to carry the load of a new vaulted ceiling throughout the space. Brian coordinated upgrades to our existing kitchen cabinets with a great local cabinet company, who had wonderful suggestions for our new peninsula. Brian and his staff were flexible, and did a great job keeping the construction area clean and pet safe, which I really appreciated. We’re incredibly happy with the result and would not hesitate to have BKZ back for future projects.

BKZ Contractors Inc. remodeled our master bathroom. They completely gutted the room, down to studs, and started from scratch. The job took approximately 3 1/2 weeks to complete. During that time, all workers maintained a professional attitude, were knowledgeable about the work they were performing, met all deadlines, and stayed within the budget agreed upon while maintaining quality work. We were extremely pleased with the completed project.

We hired Brian and his crew to finish our unfinished basement. They came up with great ideas to improve storage, move the waterheater to create even more floorspace, innovative lighting ideas and a custom build barndoor that exceeded our expectations. The crew is wonderful to work with. They are courteous, polite, clean, think with you and outside the box, and fun. They stick to their schedule. This is not the first time we have used BKZ contractors. And we will definately use them in the future.

Brian and BKZ is outstanding! He did our complete kitchen remodel and we are incredibly happy with his work and the results. His price was very competitive compared to others that we interviewed. He is confident and experienced and we felt comfortable with him through the entire process. Before he started, he gave us a detailed calendar for the project, and throughout the 6 weeks, he remained on schedule. The project was completed in 6 weeks! Other than some upgrades that we requested, he kept to the initial budget. Brian and his associate Justin did all of the work themselves, which made me comfortable knowing that he was the one there everyday and certainly stood behind the quality of his work. However, there was a wall that we wanted removed that was structural, so he did not hesitate to call in a structural engineer for advice when it was needed. The quality of his work is outstanding. Our appliances were installed correctly, our cabinets are beautiful and perfectly installed, and the floors and back splash are perfect. The electrical work was done well and they asked about placement of every switch and outlet to be sure that it was done as we wished. Brian and Justin are so kind and pleasant to work with, as well. Even my 3 young kids LOVED them - my 1 year old every morning just wanted to see Brian right away! Living without a kitchen for 6 weeks with 3 children was a challenge, but Brian made certain that we were set up with a temporary kitchen before work started and that it was as easy as possible. Every night, the entire work area was cleaned and vacuumed so well that my family walked through the area barefoot! 3 weeks after our kitchen was done, our new faucet stopped working. Brian came back without any hesitation and figured out what was needed, contacted the company, then came back to fix it a few weeks later. We have recently had him back to install new recessed lighting in our living room and a new TV - all done in one day. BKZ is wonderful to work with - reliable with budgets and time, great quality work, and kind, considerate people. I would highly recommend this company!

My husband and I hired BKZ Contractors to remodel our kitchen in 2014. Our remodel started in November and was completed in December. Brian and his team were not only professional, clean, and organized, they were also personable. At the time of the remodel, I was 8 months pregnant. Brian and his crew did everything they could to make me feel comfortable in my own home as it was gutted and being redone. We also have two dogs, which Brian frequently took care of for us. He let them out for us and played with them throughout the day. If I had any questions/concerns, Brian was available at all times by call, text, or email. It was reassuring to have him available at the drop of a hat. A timeline for our project was provided in the beginning of our remodel, and BKZ was always ahead of schedule. The end result of our remodel is greater than what I could have imagined. Our kitchen, living, and dining area had now become a central part of our home. If I ever have any projects in the future, I will definitely look to hire BKZ without hesitation. Please consider Brian and his team for any projects that you may have.

We needed to have our master bathroom completely re-done. It's a Toll Brothers home with the huge tiled jacuzzi tub. We received about 5 estimates and accepted BKZ. It was the best possible situation - It was only Brian and Justin who did the majority of the work- how nice it was not to have different contractors in and out, just Brian and Justin. They were neat, organized, on-time and there everyday. They provided design ideas as well as helpful suggestions throughout the process. The bathroom is beautiful, the process was easy and as non-invasive as it could be and the price was reasonable. Very happy customers!

Brian of BKZ Contractors responded promptly to my inquiry and provided a detailed and professional estimate for some work I needed done due to an insurance claim for water damage, plus some additional items that we wanted to have completed. Scope of work included: remove and replace living room ceiling, plus remove drywall from laundry room area and a closet, and hang, tape, and prepare new drywall for paint. He also rewired our cable outlets for a new service and installed 8 recessed lights in our living room ceiling. We agreed on a start date and and he began the work as scheduled. He and his crew worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves each workday, and completed the project 2 days earlier than estimated. Brian then followed a few days and a few weeks later to make sure that everything was ok and we were happy with his work.

We are very pleased with our master bath renovation by BKZ Contractors Inc. We really liked the professionals he works with for cabinetry and tile, etc. Brian is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his designs. He is a pleasure to work with and his team was clean and considerate while in our home. Brian's experience makes him a good problem solver. We always had a very cold bathroom, and he found solutions to the problem which have made a huge difference.
