As a licensed & insured design and build firm, we are your one stop shop for all of your remodeling needs. Our showrooms are located in Glenwood, Maryland; Millersville, Maryland; and Jupiter, Florida. The showrooms aid the remodeling process in three distinct ways. Firstly, our clients come in and review our 3D renderings made by our designers using the 2020 Design Live Software. Next, we carry hundreds of samples of tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. so that you can find exactly what you want. Lastly, our showrooms serve as a gallery for you to explore with different kitchens and bathrooms for inspiration. That being said, the combination of passion for design and build with our founder’s 20 years of experience, has rewarded us some of the best customer service awards in the industry. We had a master bathroom remodel and a refresh for hall bath. We were very pleased with the results. Everyone we came into contact from design to completion were great to work with. We received no pressure from sales and no additional expenses when mold was found behind walls of one of the bathrooms. Highly recommend Blackstone in Glenwood.

Blackstone staff was professional and personal through the entire process. Their showroom and on site team provided us with a variety of options that was exactly right for our home, budget and dream. We agreed to the plan and terms the same day of our visit. We had secured several other estimates and as with many home projects the same outcome can vary substantially in price. The lower price did not mean the quality was less. The drawers and cabinets were all of the highest quality, e.g. dovetail wooden drawers. The installation crews were all professional and personal as well. As with any large project, the key is an onsite manager that has eyes and ears wide open regarding the customer and the installation teams. In our case it was Luis. One hundred percent attention to what we were saying and what the team was experiencing. One example was when a section of the quartz backsplash was not cut properly. While the installers were on site, he contacted the quartz supplier and the same day, while they were still onsite, the new section was received and properly installed. Luis was also our advocate with the cabinet supplier, e.g. when a door had a blemish, securing for us a new door with no issues. We give the teams and Luis our highest recommendations. No one could ask more or expect more.

After getting several estimates, I chose them because their estimate was reasonable but also because I liked the idea of being able to select everything in one place . The remodel went very smoothly and when we had a problem several months later with a noise in the shower head, they came back immediately and fixed it. I would recommend them without reservation

Blackstone K&B remodeled our master and secondary bathrooms and our laundry room. Demolition of existing cabinets, fixtures and tile was done professionally with care to keep debris out of the closets and living areas. Leah and Fatima at the main office in Jupiter were very helpful in choosing and ordering new items within our budget and kept us up to date. Installation was done well and we are very pleased with the results.

I have acted several times as a General Contractor on personal home improvement large projects, in New England and Florida. Blackstone Kitchen and Baths was brought in to remodel a master bath suite, two guests baths, and one laundry room area. My designs were used and materials and further suggestions were made by Joe, Fatima and staff. Joe and project managers kept on top of the trades and fulfilled the several items that needed tender loving care. We all know that a master bath happens to be a place where we spend much of our lives. Blackstone and team stayed on top of the work to make sure that the promises were fulfilled. I recommend these folks and promise their good communications to you for a successful completed job.

I love my bathroom renovation by Blackstone Kitchen & Bath. It exceeded expectations. From the design, which utilized every inch of the bathroom in just the right way, to the materials and the actual build/construction, I've been so pleased with Blackstone. The team, under project manager Kleily's direction, was professional and responsive to our needs. My husband is a builder himself, with lots of opinions/inspection, and he too was pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the team. I've wanted a soaking tub for years and the bathroom has already become my favorite room in our home. Will definitely keep the Blackstone team in mind for our next home reno project.

I cannot say enough great things about Kadir and Khalid and their crew! My kitchen was original to my home and 81 years old. The design was exactly what I wanted and my house is completely transformed! The crew was respectful of all the health precautions around each other and my family. Any delays on the project had nothing to do with the company as they were efficient and on schedule. The city lost our plans and permitting took forever but Kadir continued to follow up until it was handled properly. They worked efficiently and got the job done despite product delivery delays and city delays. I can't speak highly enough about the amazing design recommendations that truly impacted the final kitchen product. Trustworthy and came out at the end to touch up after everything was done. It was a truly great experience and never did I ever feel like I was taken advantage of by dishonesty. True integrity and a great end result. Ok

I cannot possibly say enough positive things about BlackStone Kitchen & Bath and their crew. They built a gorgeous full bathroom in our basement in a difficult spot (under the stairs one one side, i-beams and metal poles in the way on the other). There was no plumbing or venting and they made it work. They had to jackhammer concrete to install the ejector pump and all plumbing, access pipes by opening up walls, and run crazy long venting. But they repaired, patched, and repainted so perfectly. They were professional, patient and true experts, assisting with layout, design, and detailing ideas the whole way through. If/when I have other projects - , kitchen, another bathroom, they are definitely my go-to team. And I intend to recommend them to neighbors, friends, and coworkers so grab them while you can. ;)

We used this firm to completely remodel our kitchen, which involved drywall installation, reconfiguring the position of appliances, new cabinets and countertops, and the removal of an island. In addition, they replaced flooring in our family room and expanded and closed off our laundry room on the main floor. The quality of the workmanship was top notch and they were very thorough and detail-oriented. We are very pleased with our new cabinets and pantry and new lighting. The workers were very polite and carefully observed Covid protocol. There were a few hitches, however, as is probably common in jobs of this magnitude. The new wall had to be reinstalled to allow sufficient clearance for our refrigerator door and an adjacent wall, but the project manager (Alp Aydin) was very accommodating. It did set the project back a few days, though. Other unexpected delays were caused by supply issues beyond the control of Blackstone. Crew availability was sometimes an issue, but not a major one. In addition, we had to convert a spice cabinet into a standard one because of a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, we're very pleased with the end result, and Blackstone seemed genuinely interested in accommodating our concerns.

Blackstone Kitchen & Bath renovated my kitchen. The Blackstone staff from the beginning of the process to the end were professional and courteous. The overall product line available in their showroom to choose from is phenomenal. As a novice in the arena of home improvement, it was wonderful to have a Salesman, Junior Wizzart, who could guide me in the process of deign and product selection. Kadir Abdul, Project Manager, kept the renovation on track. His knowledge and expertise ensured the finish renovation did indeed capture my vision of the kitchen of my dreams. Would I hire Blackstone Kitchen & Bath for any future renovation projects? That would be a resounding YES!

I would highly recommend BlackStone for any job in your house. Their professionalism, quality of work, ability to handle tough jobs, reasonble prices, and just overall friendly and accomodating attitude is why I will always use them for future projects. We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I'm sorry I don't know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. The quality of their work is guaranteed and their prices are super reasonable (big plus).

I must say Blackstone Kitchen & Bath was hired to remodel our kitchen. We highly recommended them to other. Their punctuality, professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness to any questions you have and they all were very respectful not only to you but entering and exiting your house. The day I met Mr Junior Wizzart I felt very comfortable and that he could be trusted. His expertise in the field and explaining in details to us was truly awesome and understandable. His wealth of knowledge and will to share was truly helpful. To him no questions were too small to asked. He is truly an asset to the company. The Project Manager and the workers doing the job were truly helpful in the remodeling of our kitchen. The quality of work was exceptional. They all had sweet personality and willing to answer any questions. When you usually ask people questions while working they get agitated but not these guys. They would actually stop what they were doing, look you in your face and answer your questions. I can say, this made you feel that they were there to please us and not just for the money that was being paid. I believe with that attitude we will be satisfied customers. We were truly satisfied. Blackstone completed a beautiful bathroom renovation for us. Junior helped us with our selections and ensured our vision was realized within our budget. Justin was our project manager for the construction and was incredibly professional, responsive and flexible to our needs. He ensured we knew what was planned for when and answered all of our (many) questions along the way, day or night. We did all of this in the middle of the pandemic and had two delays, both of which stemming from our family’s exposure. Justin and team found a way to work schedules where they were back on site at the first opportunity and adjusted plans to keep us as close to original schedule as possible. We found every team member who was onsite to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The end result is better than we could have hoped for! We highly recommend Blackstone and would absolutely use them again for future work.

Material selection was well presented and of high quality. The work began as scheduled, and never missed a day. Saul and Marcos attention to detail and flawless workmanship was extraordinary. Communication with Project Manager (ALP) involved a rapid response in all cases.The remodel work on entire project was complete in 3 1/2 weeks. We researched various companies for a bathroom project and the response/feedback that we received from Joe (BlackStone) was so impressive that we knew immediately we were going to use them. There showroom floor was also impressive; everything we needed was there to choose from and the help they offered in actually choosing colors and cabinets etc was priceless. I put in a request on Home Advisor for a bathroom remodeling project and received a phone call very quickly from Blackstone K&B. They immediately sent out Leah to look at what they had to work with. I went over ideas with her of what we were looking for in our bathroom. She was very professional and invited us out to their showroom that following weekend to see our vision put onto a digital computer model and go over the pricing of materials. Everyone was eager to help and extremely nice. They got started on our bathroom right away. It took roughly one month to complete the project but we were completely reinventing our master bathroom. Everyone who have seen the transformation has stated how much it resembles a spa. They did excellent work. Alp and Leah are one of a kind and we will definitely be reaching out to Blackstone for future projects. IF you truly want your vision to become reality, I highly recommend them. This was my first major remodeling project, and I had a good experience with Blackstone. The designer (Khalid) and project manager (Alp) were professional, patient and responsive to my many questions. Khalid, whose virtual rendering of his design really helped convince me to go with Blackstone, guided me to materials that fit my taste and simplified the selection process considerably. Alp oversaw the work on-site and quickly responded to and resolved several concerns I had along the way. The crew (Juuenal and Christian) did excellent, high quality work and finished ahead of schedule. I'm pleased with my new bathroom; I would use Blackstone again and would recommend them to others.

We recently remodeled our kitchen in Eldersburg for the first time since the house was built over 30 years ago. I found Blackstone by searching online and reading reviews. Joe came out to meet with us and to learn our goals and take measurements. Using that info, he came up with some very appealing designs that we were able to go with that I didn't initially think we could afford (including taking out/moving some walls). Joe had lots of great ideas and helped us pick out cabinets, countertops, flooring, even paint. We signed the contract and the work started within a week or 2. Gerson, the project manager was terrific, keeping us informed on the progress, inspection dates, etc. All of the people who did the work were extremely professional, courteous, and did fabulous work. The project was finished right about the time they estimated at the outset. We now have a modern, open kitchen, and are moving back in as I write this review. The craftsmanship is terrific. It feels like a new house. We'd highly recommend Blackstone to anyone.

Joe, the designer had innovative ideas and was very knowledgeable.
