Blue Dog Construction and Renovation

Andrew designed and oversaw the construction of a 2nd story on top of our 90-year-old home in Berkeley, CA. It turned out beautiful, inside and out. We were very happy with both the staff he hired to complete the project and the quality of the work that was done. We love it!

Andrew Gregor and Blue Dog Construction was recommended to us by Sue Oda, our Landscape designer, to rebuild a very large deck in our back yard. The entire process was a pleasure, from the planning through construction. The crew worked hard and efficiently. Andrew and his crew are just great. Excellent standard of work that will last a lifetime and then some. Andrew worked on our 1903 house in Piedmont, and gave it all the love care an attention an old girl needs. Just fabulous.

Andrew from Blue Dog Construction and his crew were as good an experience as I could hope for. They came to work every day, even in the rain and worked consistently until the job was done. It came out beautifully, they stuck to budget and were very responsive to needs and little changes as I requested them. Yesterday, I noticed the railing on the stairpart of the deck had started to splinter. Andrew explained that happens with even the best redwood, which this was, and will replace this board and any others that come up with this problem in the future. That's good customer service in my book. I have no hesitance in recommending them.
