I can't say enough good things about Blue Water Design Build. Over the last 7 years, we have worked on many of projects together. I have referred them to multiple clients that were looking for design consultants, bathroom remodels to full-on home restoration projects. They have exceeded all my expectations and earned every one of these 5 stars. From the moment I met the owners I knew I could trust them on projects start to finish. Their team displayed the utmost professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. They also know and understand the city permit timelines and rules and help make the design/build process as seamless as possible.

Kirk and Donna are a great team! This was our first time remodeling and they were patient navigating through all our amateur questions and stresses about budget. Our project was slated to start right after COVID lockdown began which made for a challenging adventure but everything worked out and started right on time. Any concerns or issues we had were addressed fairly and in a timely fashion. As for the design portion, Donna has a great eye and is able to help get you what you want while staying realistic on your budget. She's got tips and tricks for where to buy and how finishing touches can bring it all together. We're so happy with our new space and can't wait for our next project together!

We hired Blue Water for a complete home remodel. To be honest, it was more like a tear down and rebuild as we only left 2 walls of the original house standing. Kirk and Donna we fantastic to work with. Everything from the initial budget meeting to the final walk through and subsequent warranty work as top notch, I couldn't recommend them any more! Not only was their workmanship fantastic, but they also had really great ideas on places to save costs, where to spend a little more, and connecting us with a great designer to make all of selections. We did go over our initial budget, but Blue Water was very transparent about these costs when change orders were requested. I recommend Blue Water to all of my friends!

Bathroom remodel was completed in a reasonable time frame and on budget. The crew were great. Very high quality work. Good communication during the project.

Kirk and Donna were instrumental in helping us remodel our kitchen. Simply put, our experience in working with folks at Blue Water Design Build was outstanding, exceeding any reasonable expectation we had before going in to the process. We worked with Blue Water Design Build to update our kitchen after a dishwasher leak caused significant damage to our counters and floors. They were especially attractive to us because they were willing to work with the insurance on our claim, while also able to work with us on updating our kitchen and turning it into a brighter, more functional space. Their help in navigating the process was invaluable: Kirk provided a detailed review of our adjuster's estimate, highlighting all of the insurance company's misses or places where they undervalued. Kirk then worked with the insurance company to ensure we received fair value for the labor costs and materials. Donna provided amazing ideas and was finding deals on the essentials and upgrades we wanted to incorporate. Kameron and the crew that did the installation, painting, and electrical did amazing work, including working through a period where we were out of the house for a significant portion of the project. The experience with Blue Water Design Build was the kind of great experience you hope for whenever working with any company. Whenever it is next that I will have a significant project requiring contractor work, we will definitely be looking their direction first.

Blue Water was a pleasure to work with on our kitchen remodel. They had great design advice and we love the way our kitchen looks & feels.
