STAY AWAY!! We hired Jeremey and Stacey back in 2021 and are still dealing with warranty items that are in our contract that still have not been resolved. It has been a very disappointing process. We spent over 50k with them and cant even get a response. Jeremy will not provide a cell phone #, and will not respond to emails. They constantly change their emails, and only provide their "business" phone # so they make it very hard to get in touch with them. During our renovation process they installed metal panels, which were damaged during installation, and started to erode. In our contract it states all items have a 1 year manufacture warranty. When I reached out to get them repaired, we were told that replacements have been order and will set up a time to get scheduled, we are now going on over a year and still nothing has been done. This is one example of poor management on their end. We have been more than patient with them, but at the end of the day I hope they read this and when Jeremy stood in my house looked me in the eye and said he would make it right he has not. We even referred them business to friends and they still are ignoring us. I have more examples of them lying and taking advantage of us, but just like typical contractors, they hope you just forget about them and move on. Feel free to call me, My name is Jared and my cell is *Sensitive Information Hidden*. Once they got their money you will never hear from them again.
Jeremy and Stacey, I hope you do the right thing.

I hired Bradley Built to renovate my two flat in Humboldt Park. They were awesome and knocked out the gut rehab in record time. Not one hiccup and great communication. I would use them again.

Jeremy is a very good general contractor. Jeremy renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms - and we are very happy with the results. He works with subcontractors who are very skilled in their respective crafts (especially his tile guys!). Jeremy was personally responsible with re-finishing our kitchen cabinets which were oak, and he painted white. He was also personally responsible for building a beautiful new, long counter for our kitchen.
In addition to the quality of the work, Jeremy is a very nice and honest person, which is extremely important when you are working with someone who will be in your home for weeks/months. In addition, he was amenable to adding small projects to our scope. At one time, there was a leak in a bathroom pipe (we believe due to some funky old piping in our building) and Jeremy came over immediately to cap it.
With such a positive experience with Jeremy, I am not giving 5 stars because of project timing. There were issues with securing subcontractors in a timely manner, so some aspects of our renovation took much longer than expected.

Worked with Jeremy. He was great communicating the details of the project with me. He also accommodated any corrections to the original project I had. All work was done very professionally.
He worked on installing multiple doors, crown molding and elaborate trim work in a rehab project.

Ever had a contractor that you DIDN'T want to leave? Ever had one finish the job ahead of schedule and beyond your wildest expectations? I was pretty surprised that Bradley Built, who came in the lowest of all the remodelers we vetted, was all that and more.
We have a 1941 home with an almost-unusable 1941 bathroom -- well, we HAD that. Before Jeremy, it was disgusting -- moldly, dusty, mildewy, dated and poorly "updated" by the non-expert, previous owner. It was not a place we wanted to spend time or ever thought we would be proud of. But we fell in love with Jeremy by Day 2, and quickly discovered that HE is what makes the difference between a finished project and a WOW one.
Still, while the beautiful end product is important, the day-to-day of a contractor living in your home is also significant. Having had a pipe burst in the house a few years ago, I know that contractors taking over your home can make a Type-A like me very unsettled and unhappy, and that's what I expected this time around, too. It's why I waited almost two years to go forward with this project. But my dread was unnecessary -- we had a totally different experience with Jeremy.
,
He is cheerful and laid back with an obsessive attention to detail and big respect for your time, home and money. I anticipated a mess in my home, dust and dirt everywhere, sloppy work I'd have to call attention to, nagging him to remember things we'd agreed to, haggling over line items, a shitty attitude and a major lag-time. None of this could be further from our experience. Jeremy geeks out on customer service, and it really pays off.
Every morning, he would text us his plans for the day; then we'd receive updates throughout the day and another sometimes at night. We got to see his passion for the art of things and dedication to doing it right as the project came to fruition, but whenever we were onsite at the same time as Jeremy, he'd also show us the details I never would have known to look for -- and those details are what made this transformation so incredible. Now I get how some people's remodels can look like they're essentially made of money, while others give off the impression that it doesn't cost a lot to remodel your home! In short, your budget can only take you so far, and then you need to make sure you have a "Jeremy" in your corner to work his magic.
Whether it was lining up tile exactly, matching different woods or marbles perfectly, adding shelving that wasn't in the estimate because he felt it would be a good touch (of course he ran it by us first and we agreed), building in a lip to allow water to run off a recessed window (and saving us future mold problems), working around an original arch that others told us to get rid of, or giving us recos and tips and hacks and so forth, Jeremy brought so much unexpected value to the project. In essence, he of course got us excited about the "after," but he also managed to get us excited about the day-to-day, too.
Jeremy loves his craft, and we love Jeremy. We've already asked him to give us a quote on our next bathroom project -- that's how good this one was. Thank you Jeremy!!

Bradley Built did a magnificent job working over a full year on a 4 story addition to our home.
Jeremey Bradley was thoughtful, intelligent, and consistently did excellent work throughout our project. My wife and I have recommended him for all sorts of remodeling jobs with our friends and they too recommend Bradley Built. A great company to have working for you!
