Brancati Construction

Over the course of several years, Brancati Construction did a number of remodel projects for us ranging from bathroom remodels to more comprehensive, whole house remodels at a different location. Having dealt with other contractors in the past, we found Cole Brancati to be organized, professional, and ethical. Cole is also a finish carpenter, so the quality of his work, coupled with creativity is unparalleled. We have several more projects coming up in the future and we would only consider using Brancati Construction.

Built a beautiful custom ipe wood deck, using special materials and spacers, for very large deck around pool and outdoor patio. Project was always clean, organized and timely. Very friendly and always helpful.

Cole is an excellent craftsman, and also thorough and efficient. He was a pleasure to work with on several projects.

I have had the pleasure of working with Cole on many residential and commercial projects over the last several years. As a designer, my expectations are always met and executed with great attention to detail. He is easy to collaborate with which helps the project run on time, within budget and fulfills the client’s vision. Cole is on the jobsite as a hands-on contractor, which makes him available to myself and the client at a moments notice - a huge bonus to us all. He always makes sure the site is organized, clean and secured. We have several years-long projects which is a testament to his professionalism, work ethic and commitment.

We recently ran into someone that knew Cole Brancati, and told them what a fan we are of his. They said, “wow, if you are still talking AFTER the job, then you MUST have had a good contractor!” I couldn’t agree more. We have renovated 5 houses now, and this last one with Cole was the easiest, breeziest — and we got amazing results. Cole’s attention to detail is a dream come true for a perfectionist like me, and his eye for design was a real value add when making those decisions that you inevitably run into along the way. Most importantly though, his professionalism is unmatched in this industry. We hit a few speed bumps along the way (of course, because there’s no such thing as a construction project with no surprises), and instead of letting them derail the project and ruin our relationship, Cole was able to quickly come up with solutions. Lastly, every member of his crew is a true gem, especially his sweet dog Luke that let my baby boy crawl all over him.
