Wade did an awesome job completely remodeling my 1911-vintage four-plex. This was a income producing investment, not an historic restoration. He understood the difference and was cleaver at coming up with cost-saving alternatives. We had a tight schedule because I was loosing rental income but he got the job done on time and I was back on the market for Fall semester. His subcontractors were all outstanding.

My wife and I did a home addition and total exterior renovation on a 1911 home. Brinton Homes communicated, oversaw, and did a great job throughout the entire 6 month project. Brinton Homes was honest, didn't overprice or treat us like we didn't know anything. As avid DYI'ers, this was really nice. Wade was a perfectionist and actually fixed the framing of an interior stair because he knew it could be made better. Mid-project we decided to change the front porch from the architect design. Wade made it easy to change, and created a front exterior that was better than what our expensive architect designed. We have lived in the addition for almost 2 years and still love it.

We purchased a home for our son to live in during his college years. Being from out of state and not knowing any local contractors or referrals, I was leery over being taken advantage of as I was rarely present during the remodel. Thankfully we found Wade Brinton of Brinton Homes, who was a knowledgeable, experienced contractor, understood the goal, worked within our time frame and came in under his original budget. Wade's word is as good as a gold! He's a man of integrity, honesty and possesses strong ethics. He finished the remodel in time for me to fly down meet the realtor and list the property within my time frame. Sold the house within a week, loved working with Wade. Too bad he doesn't live in Seattle. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
