Brookshire Estate Management has been managing our home and our beach house for almost two years now, and they do a wonderful job. Joel, the owner, comes from a construction background, so he and his guys can tackle so many projects themselves rather than outsourcing them. They really care about quality work, and they gets jobs done quickly. Brookshire Estate Management makes my life so much easier because they can do home projects that I don't have time to do, don't know how to do, or just don't want to do. They have fixed my dishwasher, built us a greenhouse, diagnosed several leaks and repaired them, cleaned our roof, managed third party contractors when we weren't home, adjusted doors, repaired the electrical system, hauled junk to the dump, and so much more. For our beach house, they send a detailed home check report at certain intervals when we aren't around. It's really nice to have that peace of mind when you aren't there to check on things yourself. My wife and I both highly recommend Brookshire Estate Management!!!!

Joel was excellent to work with. We worked together on a very detailed, complicated remodel project. This involved several rooms. The main living room involved centering and updating a pre-2000 fireplace. This required restructuring the entire mainframe of the living room, including creating new ceiling beams and walls. As a designer, he was open minded to my ideas and we collaborated well together to achieve the overall perfect aesthetic. In other areas of the house, we built loft spaces for the kids to maximize space. Joel is a master carpenter and has tremendous skill with not only wood, but metal fabrication as well. His kind and professional nature add to a perfect teamwork approach to any remodel or building project. I look forward to working with him again.
