Got a quote for siding 1200 sq feet, James Hardie siding. Quote for $29,000.00 while reviewing the quote I found that Brothers Services was having a 33% Labor Day sale I asked my sales consultant about the sale he said that it was already factored in Wow... that would make our less the 1200 sq foot siding project close to $40 000.00 more then likely the most expensive siding project in history. I asked to speak with upper management frist I was told no, then after emailing the owner and several C level executives I got the call: Well frist I was told yes the discount was applied, when I said well that would make my original quote close to $40,000.00 I was told NO you can't add 33% to your quote its not the way its done, well it is nothing complicated about that, then I was asked if I read the fine print, THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT, just a banner ad with no links nor statement about must meet these requirements. The VP just want to argue about my math not honor the 33% discount

When my roof developed a leak, I called several companies to provide estimates. Brothers Services were the only company who arrived on time per the scheduled appointment, provided a comprehensive overview of the situation including photos, opinions and solutions, and, during the height of the pandemic, were the only company who arrived wearing face masks. The job was completed and when a second leak in another area developed, I again called several companies. I informed the reps from the other companies of the work that had been done, and after reviewing, a few of the reps informed me that the work that had been done was top notch, with one even saying "I am very picky in my work as a roofer, and that is good work." I appreciated their professionalism and courtesy of my schedule.

Hired this company to replace nineteen windows in our home. They did a great job. Harry was the gentleman who did the replacement work. Efficient , attention to detail of work. Any concerns or questions I had were answered right away. I was so pleased with the work done , I had Brothers Services back several months later to replace attic and basement windows. I requested to have Harry do the second job and told them I would wait till he was available. I knew the quality of his workmanship.

From our initial contact through to the completion of our siding install Brothers Services staff acted professionally, courteously, and friendly. The installers worked hard all day and our project was finished in the time frame that was promised to us. The installers even did little things that we didn't expect like hanging our new mailbox and installing our new doorbell just to name a few. The areas around our house were kept clean and safe and no flowers or bushes were damaged. Brothers Services lived up to my expectations and their reputation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking into a remodeling project!!We were most satisfied with the quality of the product (siding) and the workmanship of the installers. Our house looks beautiful! I smile every time I go outside or come home and many neighbors have stopped by to tell us how nice it looks..I would like to give a shout out to our project manager Mike and the entire staff that installed our siding. They really did an exceptional job.We don't have any projects in line right now. However, if something comes up we will definitely contact Brothers Services again!!

Roof replacement & gutter replacement. I chose this company because the estimator Dave Rentsell was very communicative. I received timely & informative responses to all of my questions, which were many. So many companies don't get back to you. The work was done led by crew manager Ben Alsop. He & the crew did a great job. They were careful to protect my deck, plants & deck furniture. Afterwards the cleanup was through. I chose the lifetime architectural shingles. They look great & I'm happy to pass this on to another generation someday. I chose these shingles because I believe in making things that last rather than planning on producing more unnecessary trash before you have to.

I thought finding a reputable roofing contractor, that could simultaneously install new attic insulation, would be easy. With the roof off, what better time to blow in attic insulation than when attic access would be eased by removing some decking material? I soon found that finding reputable contractors, who could do both, wasn’t easy. Fortunately I located Brothers Services, Inc. (BSI). But I thought I (in the DC suburbs) was out of their territory (Baltimore). Sure glad I was wrong. I couldn’t be happier with the roof and attic insulation installed by BSI. From the initial estimate meeting to job completion, everything was perfect. An efficient crew, supervised by Brandon Crone, arrived early in the morning and soon had tarps surrounding the house to catch debris. After the old roofing material had been removed, the insulation crew arrived. Adam & Derek soon were blowing insulation into the attic through openings created by removing a couple of roof decking sheets. While that was happening, the supply truck arrived and off-loaded the roofing material. Once that was done, the roofing crew began installing the new roof on both the house and two garden sheds. Brandon installed new shed roof framing where it had rotted and the project continued without missing a beat. The entire job was perfectly timed and coordinated. By 4PM, everything was cleaned up (including the thousands of nails that are a natural by-product of this type of work). Other than the beautiful new roof, there was no evidence that a few hours earlier a busy group of professionals had been installing a new roof and attic insulation. Later, I became concerned about the style of ridge vent they used on my project and mentioned this, in passing, to the company. Soon, Brandon and Ben Alsop were at the house, addressing my issue. To say I’ve been impressed with BSI’s work and customer service is an understatement. Hmmm, I need a guest bath remodeled…I think I’ll give them a call.

Brothers Services did a tremendous job from beginning to end. Randy Bird and the entire staff was excellent in explaining what was needed to do the job right. I would recommend then to all of my friends.

when my wife and I hired Brothers it was the 1st and largest renovation on our house and although we had heard good things we didn't know what to expect...well we could not have been more pleased with the whole experience,from the likable sales rep. Bob Poist, to Jaclyne in the showroom and to our home they came....the very serious and professional Project Mgr "JJ" and Jason the lead "Craftsman" and his asst. Trevor.We were so comfortable with this crew..leaving them at the house with our pets while we worked.It really was painless.I have already bragged alot about the job they did for us.AWESOME Workmanship and great customer service.Now they weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for.Thanks a million Brothers.

I was looking for someone to replace our roof and someone at work raved about brothers. I received four bids to replace my roof and Brothers was the lowest. Brothers was quick to come out and give us a bid and they were very thorough. The service was fantastic and the foreman was outstanding. I recommended Brothers to my brother in-law and anyone who asks me about replacing their roof.
