After reading countless reviews and receiving several estimates from a variety of contracting companies, we chose Brown Building Contractors. Any type of remodel in your home is a stressful time. They took the time to listen to our wish list, work with our budget and offer solutions to problems that other companies wouldn’t even attempt to solve. All while staying within our budget. Brown Building was professional, finished right on schedule, cleaned up daily as we were living in our home and billed us for the exact price of the estimate. This was our first remodel so we had many questions. They checked in with us regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the work in progress. We have all heard horror stories from friends and family about remodel disasters and how it is so difficult to find a trustworthy company. I have recommended Brown Building to 3 good friends and would definitely use them again myself.

We hired Brown Building Contractors to remodel our kitchen in the fall of 2015 and were very pleased with the quality of the work and timely completion of the project. Mike & crew were very helpful in providing ideas for the design and cabinets. They really did a great job, but that was no surprise. We had used BBC years before to enlarge a second floor bedroom at our previous home with the same results. They're the only company we use. We hired this contractor for our ADA bathroom addition and laminate flooring installation throughout our home. We were given a schedule at the beginning of the project and it was completed on time. We are pleased and have had many compliments on the quality craftsmanship put into this project. We continued staying in our home through the project, except for the installation of our laminate flooring. All the workers were kind and sensitive to my husbands privacy and needs. We are so thankful we chose Brown Building Contrractors.

Mike Brown and company did a complete "makeover" for our office building. The old siding had gone bad, and they helped us design a new look altogether. They were very thorough, Mike kept in regular contact and helped with the little decisions along the way. We remained open during the project, and we appreciate that they maintained a clean worksite and sought to minimize the noise during our patient times. He sought to keep the cost as close to the initial estimate. In the end, we were very pleased with the look of the final product, the quality of work, and with the final price. I recommend them highly.

We talked to several local builders on a bathroom remodel project we were planning. We chose Brown builders over all others primarily because of the respect and customer service we experienced through the early stages of developing the scope of work, material selection and quoting. That high quality of customer service and respect continued after we contracted with Brown Builders and they rebuilt our bathroom. We were delighted with the outcome, the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. The project was expensive but we felt fairly treated and respected throughout the process. We are already thinking about a kitchen remodel and we have already decided we will only use Brown Builders for that project.
