Brown Dog Home Remodeling is a great company. Owner Aaron is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home remodeling projects. We contacted Aaron to replace about 14 windows in our home. Aaron come over when promised measured and gave us an estimated that covered everything.. once the project started Aaron and Jake worked and keeping everything on schedule. The finished project looks great and meets all of our expectations. We will be contacting Aaron for our next project.

Aaron did a whole home remodel for us in Sammamish. We had a terrific experience and highly recommend him and the Brown dog team to anyone looking for a General Contractor for any sized job! Four thing stood out to us. * Very reasonable pricing. We spoke with six contractors and got estimates from four of them. Aaron’s had the most reasonable pricing. He was very careful with his estimate, and it reflected very very closely what we paid for the scope we had agreed to. * On time. Aaron quoted the fastest timeline of all the contractors (6 months), and he completed the project on time! This was despite our discovery of pre-existing structural damage that required major unplanned construction to address. Aaron very quickly assessed the issue and made the repairs to ensure the house was rock solid. This required a large team of skilled workers, but Aaron was able to fix everything without delaying the project. Furthermore Aaron didn’t mark up the repairs where possible, since he felt bad for us, which reflects what a good person he is (more below). * High quality work. We had a high end design, and Aaron and his subcontractors executed it beautifully. They were all very experienced and focused on quality. We were particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of his team’s custom cabinets and carpentry. * Honest, caring, friendly. Remodels are always very stressful, and our’s was no exception, especially with the unexpected structural issues with the house. Aaron was extremely caring, and was always available at any hour to patiently explain and talk through any issue, or simply to lend a sympathetic ear. We could tell that he really cared about our family and the project deeply, beyond just another job. Aaron is simply a very good person. We were so lucky to work with Aaron and will definitely go to him for all our home remodeling work!

I cannot recommend Brown Dog Home Remodel enough! I needed my basement redone after a flooding incident and needed the exterior siding of my house replaced due to woodpeckers creating holes in the wood slats. I talked to multiple contractors and decided to go with Brown Dog because Aaron was open and honest with communication since the beginning. My partner and I felt comfortable asking him questions and he went above and beyond to give us different options or explain the costs. They completed both projects in about a week (we were expecting such a big undertaking to take a few weeks to a month) so we are so thankful for him and his team! The finished project looks amazing and they were able to match the exterior of the house to look exactly like the original!

We were happy working with Aaron and his crew as they came with good references, possessed quality workmanship, and offered us a positive experience. Their quotes were reasonable and if changes were needed, they worked with us to agree on the final cost. For each project, Aaron and his team were able to stick to their original delivery timeline and he reduced delays that arose along the way.

We have completed major bathroom/closet remodels and office overhauls, as well a garage reconfiguration, just to name just a few projects. Aaron is prompt, honest, and communicative. His decades of experience are a wealth of knowledge in any situation. His advice in how to approach projects was frankly invaluable. And when it comes to price, Aaron is always upfront and transparent. There are never any surprises, NEVER! Beyond all of his professional strengths, Aaron is just a down to earth good human being. I have Aaron to thank for my beautiful kitchen.Getting a kitchen remodel was a dream for a long time and I still cant believe how wonderful it turned out. The quality is amazing. And it was fun. Aaron has amazing advice and steered me on several decisions that saved me money. The work was done promptly and barely disturbed my life and his crew was just fun. I loved having them around. I had and have absolutely no complaints.

These guys did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen! We got a huge, brand new kitchen in our 3,000 sqf home in budget and on time :) They were clean, meticulous, and professional. Every step of the process was coordinated with us for minimal impact and my wife loved the design suggestions as we went along. We are already planning our main bath remodel with them this fall!

Aaron did a very large project for us. We added a bathroom to our 1901 craftsman, and moved the kitchen to another location in the house. We cannot say enough about him. Every aspect of the project went perfectly thanks to his excellent communication and organization. He is a perfectionist. He was up front about costs. He showed up everyday precisely on time and was very hands on. He worked hard, taking a quick break to eat his lunch and then hurry back to the task at hand. Every sub he brought in was the same-very skilled, He would let us know ahead of time what materials needed to be chosen and guide us on where to go to find them. We were very hands on with the project-I monitored what was happening but honestly could have left town because Aaron was such a good communicator and had such high standards. I can’t say enough. He is honest and knows his stuff! You won’t find anyone better. He is the best of the best!

Aaron completed a kitchen + remodel when we purchase our home. He helped with design, layout and completed all the work. On time and on budget. Craftsmanship and communication is best in class. His work is 7+ years old at this point and has been very durable. Would definitely use again
