One of the things I miss most about Durango is not being able to work with Buena Vista Builders anymore. If your looking for top quality building and the most bang for your buck, you shouldn’t look anywhere further than Bob Smith and the folks at Buena Vista.

What a professional and responsive team to work with. Bob Smith and the Buena Vista team were wonderful to work with. Bob built our first medical office in 2014 and did a great job. We went back in 2016 when we expanded, and again he and his team were great. Bumps are always part of the building process. Buena Vista guides you through this process very well. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

I purchased a new townhome constructed by Buena Vista Builders and actually went under contract before the home was even built. BVB was very helpful to me with my finish selections and extremely accommodating to my upgrades and special requests. Meetings were always convenient and they were always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns. I was allowed to view the home through all phases of construction and the home was completed before the estimated date. Any issues since I took possession of the home were extremely minor and were taken care of immediately. Their professionalism, quality and friendliness is outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Buena Vista Builders remodeled a guest bathroom for us. This included new cabinets, adding two sinks with counter top tiling, new mirror and lighting, and a new shower stall with new tiling. They were professional, provided quality workmanship, delivered services on time and within budget as presented. The completed bathroom turned out better than we could initially visualize! There are more remodel projects planned in the near future. We look forward to contracting with Buena Vista Builders once again!

Buena Vista Builders did an excellent job on our remodel this spring. We were a small job compared to a lot of their work, but were always treated respectfully and as though we were a million dollar client. I loved their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. They also made sure each subcontractors' work was up to par or else they attended to it themselves. One example was the weekend when unexpected downpours led to several emergency trips to our house. Bob spent hours in the rain cheerfully fixing an inadequately waterproofed piece of roofing that was leaking down into our main structure, and helped us deal with all the interior moisture.

I hired this firm to build my custom home of 3500 sq. ft. I have built many homes in the past with different builders but working with owner Bob Smith and BVB was he best decision I could have made. They were attentive to my concerns from start to finish and were and still are always available to communicate which is one of the main complaints between owners and their builders. The end result is a magnificent home within budget that I know was built very well and will command an excellent price at resale due to the overall construction quality and attention to detail.. I cannot recommend Bob, Jeana, and the staff of BVB highly enough for big custom projects, spec homes, or even remodels. I give them five stars +.
