Dragan and his company are amazing. Hands-down best general contractor ever!!! We have moved every 3 years for the last 30 years. Each time, requiring house purchase with major renovations and major headaches. However, not with Dragan! He is professional, on-point, on-time (even ahead of time), follows-up, promises and delivers!!! This is the first time I can say, everything went smooth from start to finish and Buildwell is the only GC we will hire for any future needs. Thank you Dragan for making our dream a reality.

When I think of Buildwell, I think of the phrase they use: design addiction. It’s really true. They are such fabulous collaborators in bringing design down into the details and are equal champions to the design and the design continuity. They have the skills, the attitude, and the network of local craftsmen to make any idea come to life.

We worked with Buildwell on a mudroom and basement remodel. Ryan and his team was a pleasure to work with - offering unique and innovative solutions while staying on budget and schedule. We are extremely pleased with the end result and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Ryan Wither of Buildwell designed, engineered and built an outdoor kitchen for our family. He had creative ideas on how to create this kitchen for a very defined space from the onset. His talents are wide and deep, and his ego still allowed for collaboration. We created the repeat pattern for the metalwork together and found the granite slabs together. His eye for detail resulted in a beautiful, sustainable and uber functional outdoor kitchen. Ryan is a craftsman, welder, artist and incredibly great guy all in one. Buildwell also uses talented sub-contractors -- my granite was installed by a specialized installer. I can't say enough good things about Buildwell and Ryan Wither.

I highly recommend Buildwell and could not be happier with our remodeled mid century home in Boulder, CO. Ryan's craftsmanship, design background and business sense made for a project that was beautifully designed and highly collaborative. Ryan seemed to be ahead of the challenges of working with our 1960s home - a project that needed care and a thoughtful revisioning of the mid century design that both respects the past while bringing in the best of modern, contemporary design. Ryan worked very closely and collaboratively with our architect, HMH Architecture, to create a more open and modern space while enhancing the mid century features of the house including opening up closed rooms to a more light-filled and open layout, refinishing the original woodwork and enhancing the relationship between the inner and outdoor spaces. Ryan was attentive to the design details every step of the way and helped us create a beautiful home that reflects the spirit of our family. Ryan has a particular gift for gathering craftsmen who share his attention to detail and quality and they all seem to enjoy working together to create quality work without excessive cost. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy working on Design Build projects with Ryan. He knows how to put things together like you need a General Contractor to, but does so with the thoughtful eye of a designer.
