From the demolition phase to providing helpful suggestions, excellent communication, and stunning results, they truly impressed me. The whole process was smooth, and they made everything so easy for us. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and it shows in every little detail. I hired Built to Perfection to put in a large paver patio area in my back yard. The final result is gorgeous and I am extremely happy I had it done. Daniel, the PM, helped me every step of the way - from where it was located, to what materials were used, and suggestions that elevated the look of the finished project. Daniel was especially focused on making sure I was completely satisfied. He quickly solved everything that I wasn't 100% happy with. The craftsmen working on my project were all respectful to me and my property. I will definitely call them when I am ready for my next project.

Last year, we started our project with a different contractor- one that turned out to be a nightmare (poorly done work/bankruptcy/abandonment). Left with a half finished master bath/closet, we were SCARED- we needed to get the project done but we were obviously very hesitant to trust anyone after our experience. We got a few recommendations from friends- and after talking with friends who had their condo done, went with Shay at Built To Perfection. Their quote was pretty solid, but most of all, they were the most professional, communicative, and well explained of all the companies. I’ve recommended them to multiple friends since simply because they are so professional and clear about what things cost, and timeframes. And not only that- our bathroom looks GORGEOUS. I mean obviously that’s the hope, but the journey getting there was so much easier and less painful than the previous contractors, and that was so comforting. Especially if you’re contracting work for the first time, I can’t recommend Built to Perfection enough.

Hired Built to Perfection to do a complete master bathroom remodel. It’s a standard bathroom, about 100 sq ft, 1965 ranch home. They had to demolish the entire thing and rebuild it from scratch, no plumbing changes involved. The contract and communication part was good, no issues. The execution was not. They hired inexpensive subs that do the work with low quality (and they told me that “people on staff” which is not true as I checked). Floors were not leveled and the only excuse I have got was “your bathroom is a challenge”. What exactly the challenge is to lay flat floors in the 100 sq ft empty floor is unclear to me. Plumbers did a few mistakes that ended up in redoing my valve after the finishing work was done, some minor damage to the tiles was done as well. Electrician made a few mistakes (blamed “switches” while not connecting neutral wire properly). The carpenter guy could not install new vanity leveled (because floors were not). Made two attempts, still could not get it right. No issues with painter/patcher. Every iteration took a week to complete (even a small one) which stretched the project from initial 6 weeks to 10 weeks. Communication was good throughout the project, however low quality subs made the entire thing unpleasant and did not deliver the result I hoped for. Overall, do not recommend and won’t hire again unless they improve quality of subs. For other projects followed this one went to another firm.

We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Built To Perfection. Our project was to convert an unused large room into a master bedroom with wet bar. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbling, electrical, new flooring, cabinets and redesigning and installation of a window. Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house. The project was started in mid August and final inspection was Oct. 1, 2019, the city was very impressed with the work done by BTP and there were no problems with permits. I would with out any hesitation recommend Built To Perfection

They did a magnificent job with our bathroom. Shay was the one who coordinated everything and Aitan did much of the work, including a masterful job with all the tiles. There were some unexpected problems along the way but Shay and Aitan handled it all without complaining. At one point our cat crawled into a temporary hole in the wall, got stuck behind the sheetrock and plumbing and Aitan helped get her out. Top marks for a great team. We would definitely hire them again.

We are very satisfied with dealing to our project manager Jonathan he is always very accommodating and answered all my husband ‘s questions made sure that everything that needed fixing is being done to satisfaction we can refer him and his company to any body anytime It’s been a pleasure working with him and BTP Thank you.

Worked with Roi, the best contractor in the biz. Not only does he do amazing work, they are fairly priced, quick, and very responsive. So far I’ve done 2 projects and while every construction job has its surprises, they were all dealt with in a professional and kind way. And as weird as this is to say, i can’t wait until my next project with Built to Perfection. 1000 stars!

We lived in our house for almost 20 years and worked with several contractors during that time. Built to Perfection was by far the best company we worked with. The quality of their work was excellent, and (perhaps most importantly) their communication, professionalism, and timeliness were exceptional. We worked with Andrew Smith as the project manager and Steve Anguiano as the foreman. They were terrific. Both of them were always reachable and clearly cared about the quality of their work. We had them do a fairly significant remodel involving framing, drywall, flooring, HVAC, windows, painting, and plumbing work. We would definitely use them again and will be our first call for any remodeling work.

Great experience overall for my bathroom remodel. Working with Built to Perfection was great, though they may have required more communication throughout the project than some other companies. That was fine by me since I like to get a little bit involved with the project. I got Andrew's team with Aitan doing the lion's share of the work including framing and tile. What struck me the most positively was they were honest, had a great work ethic, really cared about the result, and they were always on time. Except for that one shower glass guy who never showed up but we worked it out :) There were only a few small issues (when is there not?) and the project manager Andrew made sure to make everything right before calling the project done. I'll say it again the honesty from the first visit all the way through to the final walk through was refreshing. Their office staff was also always easy to talk to and helpful on the phone. Most importantly, they absolutely finished the project on schedule, even after I added a new window install to the project. Would recommend.

I hired Built To Perfection to help me with a complete remodel of my house from top to bottom. Lighting, painting, flooring, gutting bathrooms and the kitchen, moving electrical and plumbing... everything. Roi was the best project manager. He was constantly communicating to me about every next step, and I couldn't be more thankful for his guidance along the way. The office staff is organized and very communicative as well. Each craftsman/worker showed up on time, was courteous, and fully cleaned up at the end of each day. Built To Perfection finished the project within the agreed-upon time and on budget. No surprises. I had never been through something like this before, and I honestly feel like I won the lottery with finding a company that listened to me and literally made my vision come true. In speaking to friends and colleagues, this is not something that most people say referring to their contractor about what is likely the biggest project they will take on in their home so I truly feel grateful I found this company. Roi's attention to detail is outstanding and he makes it happen. I was even told a couple of times "let me worry about those details...." On one occasion when Roi had a previously scheduled vacation, Heather Zara in their office stood in for him on informing me via calls and emails of every detail just as if Roi was here. There was no break in communication! The finished product in my home is exactly what I wanted and I am proud to invite friends and family over to enjoy the space with me now. I hired BTP to complete a full kitchen remodel. Roi and the rest of the BTP team were excellent. Anytime I contacted them with questions or needed help, they were so pleasant and handled everything right away. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up every day. Roi really went out of his way from design to finish, to ensure that the job was completed exactly as we wanted. The kitchen is beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Had a leak in a small bathroom that resulted in mold, and because the tile was improperly laid in the first place, and the vanity / toilet were in need of replacement, we decided to do a full reno in the process of repairing the leak and remediating the mold. The initial appointment was easy to make, Roi was on time (the only contractor who was, incidentally), knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions (and there were a lot). His quote was fair and pretty much exactly what we expected. By the time he left, we felt confident that we were in good hands, and so although we did our due diligence with other bids, it was clear from the start we'd be going with BTP. They stuck to the price originally quoted - final cost ended up higher than the original bid, but that's because we decided after the quote to switch from a shower/tub combo to a custom shower, which required moving both the shower drain and the toilet. After the addendum was added, there were no surprises, no hidden costs, even though I was allowing for them from the start (my mantra is, 'take whatever they quote and add 20%"). We did end up about 5% over, but that was due to unexpected asbestos/lead that the mold remediation company required to be dealt with before they'd complete their part of the work. Demo day, the crew of four spent about 45 minutes carefully covering the floors and taping everything securely, ensuring no damage would be done in the process of demo. They wrapped up demo in about half the time I expected, and left absolutely no sign they were ever here when they left for the day other than the protective coverings that were left throughout the project. This was the case throughout each step - the crew always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day to the point that sometimes when I came home from work I didn't realize they'd ever been here till I went up to view the latest status of the bathroom. Roi was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning - astonishingly responsive (I'd send an email, and he'd call me within ten minutes - evenings, weekends, from out of the country; it didn't matter. He took the time to answer my questions about the materials I was considering buying, going so far as to review links I sent that I didn't actually expect him to look at. Paula in the office was a sweetheart; always cheerful, always willing to help in any way she could. Of note here, the office phone was ALWAYS picked up by the second ring - always. Angelina, with whom we worked the most, was responsive and available and kept us looped into every aspect of the job as it progressed. The crew was fantastic - special nod to Luis and Armando, who were knowledgeable, cheerful, dedicated, and overall absolutely awesome to work with. They were ALWAYS on time. If Angelina said, "the crew will be there between 8 and 9," the crew was here by 8:15. They worked tirelessly when here; never cut a day short, never lingered over lunch. As is customary in home reno projects, things didn't always go perfectly; there were mistakes made here and there, but the thing about those mistakes is that a) they were immediately acknowledged without excuse or deflection or even perceptible frustration; b) they were immediately corrected; c) we were not charged for any extra work as a result of said mistakes, which is literally the most you can ask of a contracting company. Every step of the inspection process was passed easily, with the inspectors (we had three different city inspectors) complimenting the guys on their work and a couple telling me they loved the materials I'd chosen. Haha. The payment schedule I was given at the beginning of the project was followed to the letter. No surprises, checks requested right on time and in the amount they'd previously indicated. They didn't delay the next step of the job till they got the payment for the prior - it was always Angelina saying, "Crew will be out tomorrow between 8a and 9a, and by the way, please send a check for [X amount for last part of the job." I could go on and on, but those are the high points and probably the ones you're interested in if you're reading reviews on contractors. The bottom line is that Built to Perfection clearly take themselves and their work seriously and approach it with the highest of integrity. Professional, communicative, skilled, honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Temper your expectations with the understanding that sometimes things will go wrong, but you can be confident that if those things go wrong, the company will bend over backward to make it right and they won't take advantage of you in the process, nor will they talk down to you or be dismissive of your concerns and questions. I probably could've paid slightly less for our renovation project, but I have no doubt that I would not have received the same quality of service from top to bottom, elsewhere.

Built to Perfection did a great job in making my vision for our home remodel come through. The reason I initially decided to chose them over the other companies I was considering with similar quotes is the Office Manager was sooo nice and great at following up with me after Roi came out to do the initial walkthrough with me. I felt much more comfortable working with a company who had all of their departments in order and running smoothly. Once we decided to go ahead with our project things were off and running on the date we all decided on. As we went I did add some additional work to the original project which extended our timeline. I am not sure if they finished with the time that was quoted but if not, it was very close. And even if it took a little longer none of the delays were due to PTP, they were mostly with delays or problems with companies I had ordered supplies from. Either way they had the most amazing crews at our house almost every day doing something until the work was done. One thing my Husband and I often would said is how impressed we were that the Subcontractors they used were so friendly and hard working and really seemed to care about doing a good job with all their work. It was very important to have this as most of the time when I would come by the job site it was them who I would be interacting with. There were several small things throughout the job that needed to be corrected and that didn't get done correctly the first time but they were always willing to send someone out within a few days or less to get it corrected. After the main job was completed and we got down to the finishing up phase I was solely interacting with Angelina. She is a true star in the company and is great at wearing multiple hats and organizing schedules. I really appreciated working with her and her demeanor on the phone. There are just a few reasons I chose to do 4 stars instead of 5, and I wish I could have made it a 4.5 star review. This was my first big project and I wish that along the way Roi would have given me a spreadsheet of all the items I needed to purchase to do the work. I felt like I was in charge of asking him what I needed and it was a bit overwhelming to try and think of it all. In the future if there was a way to send out clients a big check list of items I would think that would be very helpful as some of the delays in the project might have been avoided if I had known from day 1 that I needed to purchase a few of the items. Also, we are in the South Bay and they were coming from the Valley which I realize is a really stressful and long drive but I wish that Roi had been able to be on site a few times a week just to check everything over. Some of the issues I discovered myself he most likely would have seen and been able to correct as they were done. I felt like Roi was present for all the big days but it would have been nice to know that he was there a few other days just to walk through the house and see all the progress. Overall I am very happy with the work that was done and I do believe they care about upholding their "Built to Perfection" name. I also really like that they are a one stop shop and can manage many different types of work.

Built to Perfection made my home just that. They took a 1944 house, with a 1960's addition and made it into a 21st century dream. We added a master suite with a new bathroom and walk-in closet, took down load bearing walls, renovated and redesigned all existing bathrooms, built a dream kitchen, added HVAC, new windows, lighting, new roof, converted my fireplace to gas... every corner, counter and surface of my house was renovated by BTP. They are great to work with. Took m vision and executed it flawlessly. High quality craftsmanship and an amazing final product!

I was so happy with the balcony and counter tops that I hired them again to remodel two bathrooms. I added a jacuzzi tub, tiled the floor and walls, changed three sinks, refinished the cabinets and replaced the counter tops. They had a very tight deadline that I gave them and they made it. I hired Built to Perfection to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. I had gotten other estimates but they made me feel most comfortable and knowledgeable without giving some astronomical estimate. What can I say, my kitchen came out amazing! Everyone who has seen it says it looks like the ones they see done on tv. My kitchen truly is magazine quality. I am very particular when it comes to detail and they nailed it! Roy was my Project Manager and he was always responsive to any concerns or questions that I had. All issues were addressed immediately. He says he wants the customer to be happy and he means it. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go to company for all future projects now.

We hired Built to Perfection to completely remodel our kitchen and a bathroom – and we couldn’t be happier with the job that they did. We met with at least six contractors before deciding on Built to Perfection and we are so glad that we found them. They are hard working, honest, fair and do a great job. They want their clients to be happy and it shows. During our first meeting, Asher (the owner) climbed into our attic to determine if a wall we wanted to remove was structural. He was the only contractor of those that we interviewed to do this. Roy (the project manager) was personable, easy to communicate with, and very responsive over text, email, and phone. They never once up-charged us for anything. They showed up every day and kept the project moving. We are thrilled with the end result and are planning to hire Built to Perfection again.

The work that this company was incredible and it came out perfect. Roy, came over to our house and was the main person that we dealt with. He was able to provide us with a great design of the new kitchen that included the new color of the paint, the new style and combinations of the cabinets, the look of the wood floor and the lighting & outlets. The work started 3 weeks after we wrapped everything and we finalized the kitchen and prices. during this period of time, Roy made sure to order most of the materials to our house and to have them delivered ASAP. workers came over each day and they did what they should do. Roy came over almost every day to the house to check and see progress. During the work, we had a lot of questions and ideas that Roy and his people were able to answer to all of them without complaining whats or ever. Very human relations and down to earth people to deal with.

There was no problem during or after my bathroom remodeling was finished. Roy and his team worked at my house and they did a great job. Asher (The Owner) was the person that we communicated with all the payments and his assistance made sure to inform us about anything including shipping’s and deliveries. This company is good! They did an awesome work at my house remodeling the kitchen and making it looks perfect! Roy is a great person to work with and although English is not his main language, he was able to explain me things that were related to my questions. The kitchen that I ordered is oak and because they are authorized dealers of a cabinet company, we were able to get a great deal from him for the cabinets too. The work started immediately after we made our payment and we scheduled a day to start. At first, Roy made sure to complete all the demolition and to have the space empty. Than all the new dry wall, plumbing and new lights were installed. The last week of the work was to install all the cabinets, paint, lights and outlets. We had no problem or issue with any of the people that worked at my house and all of them were professional people.

Asher and his team of workers removed the old ceramic tiles in the master bathroom and install new stone floor. This included the replacement of the shower walls as well. The new stone was purchased from one of his vendors and Asher made sure it will arrived to our house. The demolition of the old floor took 1 day and the installation took additional 3 days. The new floor is perfect and the shower looks much better than the old one. I definitely feels that i got a good results for the money i paid and Asher was very nice and professional during this project!

During our project, we noticed how knowledgeable he is in everything that is related to kitchen remodeling. During our meetings he was polite, professional and flex with what we wanted, against our budget and the materials that we wanted to have. The kitchen overall had almost everything from floor, paint, cabinets hardware, electrical to appliances. Asher made sure to send his workers on a daily basis and they were very nice to us and did the work on their best side. During the project, we needed to replace some of the items, and Asher replaced them with no additional cost. Thank you Asher and Built to Perfection! Nice work.

Our kitchen was remodeled by Built to Perfection and supervised by Asher. Asher was the one that made sure that the kitchen will built on the best side and without any problems. He visited us several times a week and follow the progress of each step. The kitchen was originally designed by us and we looked for someone that can built it. Asher is a very down to earth person with lots of experience and knowledge. Our kitchen design included an island too and Asher found the way to bring the electricity and plumbing to the island without replacing the floor - which we loved very much. In general we are very happy with the work and the new kitchen and we will hire this company in the future.

We have had our master bathroom remodeled couple of months ago. Asher and his team of workers worked at our house each day and they handled everything from the design to the materials and paint. The Estimate that we got from Asher was very reasonable and this was the main reason that we hired him. During the remodeling, we had some requests that we wanted to do and Asher was surprisingly enough very patient with us and heard to our changes and at the end, he made them without any additional charge. The Bathroom that we remodeled have a shower, double sink vanity and a small table for me to my makeup. At the end, the new bathroom looks million dollars and we are very happy with it.

We remodeled our kitchen Built to Perfection. Asher was the person that we met and spoke from the beginning to the end. We decided to hire Asher because we were able to check some past jobs that they did. The kitchen work included the new cabinets and floor. We also decided to replace the dishwasher and the range hood so it will fit better to the new kitchen. Asher made sure to take care of all the things that could cause us a hassle and we loved it. The price was very reasonable and good so we are happy about it as well. The counter top was the only thing that we had to go and see ourselves at the vendor place. Other than that. we didn't do anything in related to the kitchen beside talking and meeting with Asher. In few words - we are happy and we recommend this company to people including our family and friends.

Hired this company to remodel my kitchen. it has been almost 6 months since the remodeling and we still love it very much. Leah was the person at the office that managed all the orders and deliveries for our kitchen and she notified us each time something should arrived to the house. This allow us to know exactly what is the status of everything. The workers worked each day and this helped too in finishing the kitchen fast while focusing on the details. The owner (Asher) is very nice too. he was professional and experienced contractor. we refereed him already to several of our friends and we know that they will do a good job too.

We hired this company to remodel our kitchen. Our decision to hire this company was after we met Asher for the first time. We noticed that his knowledge is good and that he can deliver the kitchen that we want and in the price that we could afford. The kitchen that we did was a modern kitchen with island in the middle. We also did some new lights and plumbing. Asher made sure to take care for all that and he coordinate that with his people. The work that they did came out great and it took them close to a month to complete.

The kitchen that they did for us came out beautiful and functional. Asher was the person that we met initially and his design of the new look came out the way we wanted. After several changes in the design and talking to 2 people that hired them in the past, we signed the agreement and we went ahead with it. The kitchen was completed within a month and each step of the way, we loved it more and more.

We worked with Asher on our Kitchen Remodeling project. We decided to hire this company based on our initial meeting with Asher. Asher was able to answer all of our questions and to generate a 3D design of how the new kitchen will look like. The kitchen that we did was Oak color and was custom. It included a nice island with marble top that we selected from a nice variety of slabs. Asher and his people were able to complete our kitchen after 3.5 weeks from day 1. We are thankful for all his service and expertise that gave us this nice kitchen.

My experience with Asher and his workers from Built to perfection was good. We got across this company after we saw one of their work that they did for our friends. We than initiate a meeting with Asher in which he came over and took some pictures and measurements of the bathroom so he can do a design. The design was good but we had some changes. Asher was able to give us a good price and we went ahead with the project. We didn't have any problem during the project and it went smoothly and according to plans. during the project, we did some minor changes in which Asher did for us.

They remodeled my kitchen and i appreciate all the efforts they did in order to make my kitchen the way i wanted it. the old kitchen was demolished completely and the new one was installed new. the work included the design, demolition, paint, installation of new cabinets and the appliances.

I had a very good experience with Built to perfection. I hired them to remodel my kitchen at my house. The project took close to 1 month and during that time, Asher and his crew of workers demolished the old kitchen and built the new one. Asher made sure to order all the materials and appliances to the kitchen and when the kitchen was completed, he sent a cleaning crew to do final cleaning. The kitchen remodeling that we did with Built to perfection came out great. It all started with our meeting with Asher (the owner) at our house when we spoke about our thoughts and budget. Asher set and listened to everything we said and was able to give us better ideas about things that we didn't know. The work was divided to several parts... - Demolition - Floor installation - Electrical & paint - Cabinets installation - Finalization of all the items such as appliances, lights, outlets etc.... We can say that during the work, we had several group of people that worked on a daily basis. This allow the work to go faster and we liked that. At the end of the project, we also received a cleaning crew from Asher that came over and cleaned everything.

Built to perfection remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. during the project, i had no issues or any problem with Asher nor his project managers. i received a very good service. all the materials were ordered and shipped to my house. some of the materials were brought by the workers so the kitchen will be completed fast. i do recommend this company for any work that they do. there is definitely someone to talk there.

Built to perfection replaced our counter tops. We contacted Asher after looking at a previous work that he did for our friends house and liked it. after we met with him and agree about what we want to do and the total price, Asher sent his people to measure and make a template of the counter top. Within several days, we went with him to select the slab and to order it. fabrication took 1 week and after that, Asher sent his team to install it at our house. It looks great and the work that was done is good too!

I worked with Daniel from Built to perfection for my bathroom at my house. Daniel, was the person that came to my house on the first meeting where i wanted him to give me some ideas about my options to remodel. Daniel, created a 3D design that included all the features that i wanted to have and some cool storage places that he wanted to add as well. all the materials were ordered and delievered to my house by daniel and his team. the work was completed with in 3 weeks and the results came out awesome! nice people to work with. thanks.

We had the opportunity to work with this company. We hired them for our kitchen remodeling. Asher, who monitored and supervised this remodeling project, was able to help and guide us with his great experience and knowledge. during our first meeting, we saw some samples and then Asher showed us how our new kitchen will look like after the remodeling. He was able to present to us the new design and we loved it. the kitchen was completed within 2 months. we didn't have any issue during the work and we want to thank them for everything.

I have worked with Asher for many years, and he has helped us completely remodel two homes during that time. He has done virtually everything for us, from a new kitchen to new bathrooms to a new deck, etc. Most recently he created an amazing study space for my boys in the landing outside of their bedrooms by installing new hardwood floors and built-ins, giving the space a completely updated look with great functionality. Built to perfection remodel our kitchen with new cabinet & counter top , kids bathroom with new shower and vanity and also we add about 400 sqft on our back house for master suite & new shingel roof. From start to finish i can defiantly say that Built to perfection did an excellent work in our house. the project took a few months and we were very happy with how the company managed the project. their employees are super professional and nice. every morning we got an update from the office about the schedule for the same day. we had good communication with Asher who was responsible for the project. we moved out of the house for a few months until the job was done and we were very excited to go back to a new home!
