We hired Gabriel of Burton Builders to build a custom high-end ADU in our backyard and were impressed at every stage of the build. He had highly skilled crews who took the time to do the job right. At every step, Gabriel and his team made sure that we were pleased with the results. On several occasions, he took the time to make suggestions and improvements to the plans which were greatly appreciated. We also appreciated that he treated his crew with respect. I am very critical of how trim is finished so I was pleased to see that a skilled carpenter paid attention to the fine details. Gabriel constructed a great home for us on time and on budget.

I hired Burton Builders to build an entirely custom ADU in my backyard. They did a fantastic job on all fronts with every stage of the project. I additionally did the structural engineering plans for the ADU and I can assure you that all structural items were properly taken care of. Throughout the construction process, the Burton Builders team was very responsive and open to all questions which I felt helped things go smoothly. All of their fees and services were priced correctly and delivered on time. My wife and I were very picky about specific details and they worked with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I will absolutely be calling them again for our next project. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough about Burton Builders and Gabriel. BB worked on a water intrusion project that was very stressful because it involved my unit in a small HOA and I lived out of state. The bid was within the others and the project came in on budget and on time. Gabriel communicated frequently and provided pics and updates along the way. Gabriel made a very stressful time, the easiest possible.

I've worked with Gabriel and Burton builders since 2018 both my personal assets as well as the assets owned at Riaz Capital. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and soft spoken GC who always goes out on a limb for me. For a recent seismic project, he took it soup to nuts with minimal oversight from me at all. In addition, on a cosmetic upgrade I did, he hit ever line item in the budget without any change orders (with aggressive budget numbers). I will gladly recommend Burton Builders to anyone who asks, and look forward to working with Gabriel for years to come.

We contacted Burton Builders during a crucial time when we needed a time sensitive remodel done on a rental property. I cannot say enough about how professional, considerate, and expeditiously they worked on this project, even while considering how busy they were. Gabriel was especially a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, personally showed up to the work site to monitor progress, and made sure that all of our needs were met. I was very content with how reasonably priced they were and how they made sure to work within our budget. At the end of the day, I felt like I could trust Burton Builders with any construction needs. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects.

Kitchen Remodel

Gabriel and Burton Builders was a phenomenal experience from the first conversation to end of project. Gabriel and his team are talented, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful with my kitchen remodel. I went in not knowing much at all and Gabriel held my hand the whole way through. Patience is a virtue and he’s a saint. Gabriel asked me the right questions of my goals, budget, and gave me honest advice. I previously spoke to another contractor that tried to upsell me and Gabriel gave me a very fair price that I was happy with. He also checked in with me weeks after to ensure everything was good and no issues. Ultimately, he and his team completed the job quicker than anticipated and I am very, very pleased I was fortunate to have found Burton Builders to help me. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

We recently bought our first home knowing that it was a fixer-upper and needed to immediately take care of some issues. The top priority was the bathroom because it had a leak but rather than just fix the leak + bottoms shower tile we figure it was a perfect time to update the entire bathroom (floor/wall tile, vanity, lighting, vanity, shower doors, paint). During the same time we had a terrible wind storm and our gate was knocked over. Burton Builders was already working on our bathroom and took on the fence project at the same time and they did a fantastic job! They are super professional, timely, and helpful especially to us new home owners. They even stopped by in person for over an hour to answer our neighbors questions on his input of the fence that we shared. We'll definitely be using them for all future projects moving forward!
