We have recently contracted Rachel and Patrick ( Cadence Construction) to remodel the main floor of our house. This was a large renovation for us and of course a very large expense. They helped put us at ease from the first meeting we had in the planning stage of our renovation by making suggestions that made sense regardless if it decreased the scope of work. We lived in the house during the renovation and Patrick and his crew made us very comfortable and took into consideration our needs while the work was being done.
