Whether it’s a small addition, an elaborate renovation, a remodeling project, new construction, or an undeveloped site, we can help. We also offer project management and consulting services as well.
Our understanding for the process of custom home construction comes from years of experience with many types of projects, in a wide range of styles. We have worked with owners who knew every detail of what they wanted, and some who needed help with just about everything. In either case our goal is to take the owner beyond their every expectation and deliver to them a home they will love and be proud of for many years.
In the process we have learned the importance of budgeting, building efficiently, quality control, cost control, and when necessary field design improvement. We understand the importance of the relationship between owner and builder and putting together a team that will deliver a finished result that is second to none.

The remodel was completed professionally and to our very exacting standards. Phil was proactive and timely in everything that he did. Phil brings extensive experience, creative flair, knowledge and passion to his work. All of the employees of Campbell Construction demonstrated the same care, attention and dedication as Phil.
Phil was particularly helpful in choosing materials such as flooring and doors that most appropriately met the required technical standards but also produced the aesthetic results that we were looking for.
Phil's estimates were always accurate and his ability to control costs including looking for innovative solutions that would lower costs without impacting the finished product were much appreciated and valued.
Without doubt we would choose Campbell Construction for any future work we undertake either on our current house or any other property in the Santa Barbara area.

My husband and I first hired Campbell Construction for a major kitchen remodel. We were so impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail that we hired him for three complete remodels of additional properties we own.
