The project involved a complete demolition and renovation of our main bathroom and an upstairs room including insulation. CHART was super in all respects--helpful suggestions, good on the spot thinking, high quality workmanship, attention to detail, accurate timeline estimation, very pleasant staff in the office and when working in our home, good lines of communication, and good listeners and follow-through. I am especially appreciative of CHART's willingness to rejig the work schedule a bit so that the rooms were fully usable by Thanksgiving for visiting family from afar, and of the the little extra's that their workmen/workwomen did to make this happen. I publicly extend my heartfelt thanks and highly recommend CHART.

Finished our main floor reno with CHART last fall - you can see our photos in the gallery. After struggling to find what we wanted on the market in Waterloo, we bought an older home with the plan to do a complete reno. In 2018 we took on the most significant portion of the work - the main floor. With CHART we removed 2 load bearing walls, completely reworking the layout. Installed a gourmet kitchen, new windows, replaced a window with a glass door, re-worked an existing wood fireplace for gas logs, refinished our stairwell, new flooring... paint... the list goes on. Every interaction with CHART on the project from quote to completion felt like a partnership - the team brought their best to the table the entire way. We had a pretty solid idea of what we wanted but with CHART's help along the way, the outcome was even better than we had initially hoped for. Corey, Marley, and the entire team have integrity and won't rest until the customer is completely satisfied with the work. We'll be partnering with CHART on completing the rest of our work over the next couple of years!

Kitchen and main floor renovation - professional, quoted right, and delivered quality workmanship in every aspect including floor refinishing and last minute changes. Chart renovated our ensuite bathroom. The workmanship was outstanding. The project was completed on time & within budget. The crew were friendly & professional & always kept the area clean. We did a fairly significant renovation with Chart. They were kind, considerate, and honest. Our neighbours even complimented them about how quiet and professional they were. The craftsmanship was outstanding. We absolutely love our new home. It was so wonderful to work with Nick and the team. He was a great project manager and very easy to talk to about any questions and concerns we had throughout the renovation. Our foreman and the trades people were lovely as well. CHART removed a load bearing wall with some complicated engineering to give us an open concept living space and kitchen. They then renovated our entire kitchen. From the beginning we were impressed with their organization and straightforwardness. They stayed on schedule and always kept things tidy. We were very impressed with the quality of the work. Their customer service was also excellent

So far we have had stage 1 of a 2-stage project completed, with stage 1 being a boys' bathroom on our second level. They kept a tight two week schedule, and all their sub trades were super courteous and efficient as well as on time. We are very excited to move onto an expansion and Reno of our master bath and redoing our 1980's stairs along with new floors; their quotes for costs are more than competitive as well as clear about where the dollars are going, and if there are additional costs they are clearly outlined in 1/2 hour rates for trades.

Over the past 12 years Canadian Home and Renovations has almost completely renovated our home from kitchen work, bathrooms, recreation room, laundry, finishing work baseboards, crown work, shelving, loft and on and on. Always been 100 % plus satisfied. Would always recommend their staff. Work was 100% to our satisfaction and on time. Communication was excellent and they listened to what we wanted.

The CHART team took our early 80's kitchen and unused dining room and created a beautiful, functional, modern kitchen. Everyone at CHART, from the owner, to the craftsmen, and the office staff were courteous, kept us up to date, and managed the whole project flawlessly. Attention to detail is evident in every aspect. We would, and have recommended CHART to anyone needing home renovations.

1) Main floor bathroom, laundry room and 2) basement project consisting of home gym, TV/entertainment area with wet bar and games table, and 2 piece bathroom and storage space. All phases went very well. All involved from planning to craftsmen were excellent and would have again for any project.

We had the Canadian Home and Renovation Team recently redo our total kitchen. Their workmanship was amazing. These guys are very particular and their attention to detail is second to none. They gave us a work schedule stipulating what they were going to do each day and they followed it. The job took about three weeks. They started on time and finished right on the day promised. Every single tradesman that came to our home met and exceeded our expectation on how they dealt with us and the quality of work done by them. When the inevitable problems on such a big job did arise CHART fixed them usually before we knew there was a problem. We have now recommended CHART to a number of our friends. This company makes you feel like they want your business and they earned it. We only wish we had used CHART on other home renos we have done in the past.

Love my bathroom renovation . We have had no issues since completion . After having very unsatisfactory contractors , we appreciated the attention to detail and respect for our home especially the commitment to timelines and the continuous contact with Cory and Brock.
