Rich Cannavino remodeled about 50 % of our basement. We met with Rich and gave him our wish list, i.e. vision as to what we wanted. Rich made some suggestions, then we discussed budget. Basically, he constructed a "home theater" room, and several closets that we needed. New walls, ceiling, paint, etc. Rich and the crew(s) were all very professional and the work performed was excellent quality. The end result was exactly as we had hoped for...and we have received many compliments. Most importantly, Rich and his company are honest and of the highest integrity. The project was done before the due date, and on budget! We had two minor issues needing minor attention and Rich made sure they were addressed promptly. This is an excellent company. We have dealt with numerous companies on home remodeling, etc. Cannavino Construction would rank at the top.

Cannavino Construction is an excellent company to work with. We had our basement remodeled and it is beautiful. Richard Cannavino was professional and courteous and finished the project on time. He is a dependable and trustworthy contractor and I would highly recommend him to those who are seeking a high quality end result.

We hired Mr. Cannavino to finish our basement and add a room to our Plainfield home. Mr. Cannavino was careful to listen to our vision and then provided expertise in a timely manner while completing the two areas that we now use MOST in our home. The quality was top-notch, the communication with he and his staff was great, and the projects came in on time AND on budget! We would highly recommend Cannavino Construction to anyone who is looking for an honest contractor with a high attention to detail and a quality finished product. Cannavino Construction was pleasure to work with!!

We used Cannavino Construction for our kitchen remodel which included new cabinet and countertop installation, also two sinks, flooring and painting. They also turned our un-useable back porch into a four season room with new windows, walls and trim work and heated floor. Both rooms also had additional lighting added. Plus they also installed new doors and an addition to the driveway . We were really pleased with the quality of the work as well as the fact that the workers showed up when they were suppose to and they cleaned up when they finished! We plan to hire them again for our bath room updates.

One of my biggest pieves with various contractors is their lack of communication. Cannavino Construction in addition to being creative, reasonably priced, prompt and courteous, they are responsive to your needs and communicate throughout the construction process. Not only do they listen well, they offer a choice of alternatives with detailed prios and cons of each.. Although I don't anticipate a need for a contractor in the near future, I would not hesitate to refer Cannavino Construction to any of our neighbors and friends. Cannavino Construction did a complete tear down, design and build for us in 2009 and were very knowledgeable of the Naperville codes and regulations. Worked well with all the subs and inspectors.

We used Cannovino to completely remodel our basement and have nothing but great things to say. We interviewed several different contractors and found Cannovino to be the best. They were not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. For the quality, they were the absolute best. They stayed on time schedule and on budget. The entire crew and staff were very professional. I would used Rich and the entire crew again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their work is beautiful!!!

We were connected to Cannavino Construction through a mutual friend and customer to build a custom home in the Chicagoland area. We worked extensively with Rich and Jim and not only were they very patient with us as new single homebuyers, but they also were very respectful when it came to where we wanted to spend our budget. Not once did they ever push unnecessary additions, options, or features. If they ever did present options, it was to educate us in what would protect our home and investment for the long-term. Most importantly to us, they kept us and the project on schedule and we were able to hit our stretch goal of moving in before the end of the year! They did such a stellar job with the timeline that our neighbors took notice and they now recommend Cannvino Construction to their friends. You can't go wrong with Cannavino Construction!

I have worked with Rich for the past 19 years. He is totally honest with a work ethic that is to be admired. On the first day of the build of my new house he gave me a finish date that he not only met but was 3 days early. He is professional and dependable.
