I received excellent service from Capital Builders, LLC, and they performed excellent work. They communicated with me on a timely basis and were good to their word. I would not hesitate to contract with them for another project.

Capital Builders to the rescue! We were in the midst of replacing tile countertops with quartz countertops. After tear-off of the tile countertops, it was discovered that the cabinets underneath were not level enough to meet the tight specifications required for quartz countertops. The whole countertop installation was halted until we could get the cabinets leveled. We had three contractors recommended to us. Capital Builders was able to accommodate our tight schedule and got the cabinets leveled the following day. Their knowledge of the requirements and techniques needed to get the job done inspired confidence. I should also mention that they were very responsive, and very prompt. I definitely recommend Capital Builders!

We couldn’t be happier! Capital Builders just finished up a large-scale remodeling of our kitchen, including the removal/replacement of all countertops, installation of some new appliances, a stove and cooktop, and topping it off with a complex range hood install (because of an angled ceiling) over our island. Electrical work, painting, drywall, and miscellaneous extras were included in the job. David was with us every step of the way, answering all our questions, completing the extras we asked for during the job, and being positive at the times we were unsure. The sub-contractors and employees who worked on the project seemed like experts in their jobs, and cleaned up after themselves every day. It was great to see that they didn’t waste time on the phones or joking around—it was business the entire time. Promptness was evident; 7:30 actually meant 7:30, not 7:45! We were also very glad that, unlike some people, David didn’t “nickel and dime” us by charging for each and every small extra. The kitchen took nearly three weeks to get done, and we simply love it. Capital comes with the highest recommendation from us, and we’re using David again for a bathroom floor upgrade.

After 30+ years living in our home we decided to have a couple of jobs done. The front deck replaced and the small main bathroom remodeled. We've had no dealings with a contractor prior to these. Our son just had a couple of jobs completed and recommended that we give Capital Builders a call. He had nothing but praise for David and his crew, their professionalism and workmanship. That call ultimately led to a fantastic relationship between Them and ourselves. David and his crew did a fantastic job on both projects, the bathroom was a real challenge with the difficulties of covid delays and workmanship of previous remodels. David and his crew were great, easy to work with, and very meticulous. My pergola was about 5 years old but had dry rot due to incorrect installation. Capital Builders crew had to cut off the bottom of the six beams, dig out the rotten wood, put in forms for concrete, pour concrete, attach metal forms etc. Before that occurred, they had to shore up the pergola so it wouldn’t collapse. The crew did a great job and David kept me apprised of the work schedule and times of arrival. I highly recommend Capital Builders.

Around Christmas time this year we started to get water seeping through our foundation into our daylight basement. We hired Tearrafirma to come out and repair the foundation properly. Unfortunately, this required tearing out carpet, sheet rock and the studs to gain access to the concrete wall behind it. Capital builders was the only company to call me back out of the 15 to 20 companies I called for quote. David came out promptly to review my project, and within a few days I received a quote back from him. One thing David said that stuck with me was that he might be a little bit more expensive, but I don’t have to worry about the project being done right and boy was he correct. For the first time ever, I actually had a contractor go above and beyond my expectations and not to mention they are punctual. David’s team did such a great job I decided to hire them to finish off a deck project that I started last year and have not had the time to finish.

Our project with Capital Builders included installation of new sliding window and trim, french doors, trim, siding, tile, decking; construction of new stud wall w/dry wall and insulation; dry-rot repair. Overall: I had a good experience working with Capital Builders. They were able to provide us with ideas on how to get the most out of the job and we are really happy with the results! Their team started on the expected date and worked continuously until the job was finished, breaking only due to the unsafe conditions created by this year's wildfires. Communication with Capital Builders management was good, but I think this could be an area of improvement. Workmanship: I am really happy with all of the work that they did. During the job they ran into some issues and helped me understand what they might be able to do to address them. Cost: the job came in right around the expected cost except for the decking, which was not part of our original bid. Communication: I am happy with the amount of information and updates I was able to get at any give time. At times I did need to be more persistent due to not hearing updates. Communication about the cost/impact of new work in the project could have been better; I didn't find out about the decking cost until the job was over. Job site: the team was diligent and cleaned up daily. They also protected the work area well. The team was also really friendly! I would work with them again!

I was having trouble finding a company willing to work on a floating home. Capital Builders number was given to me by my realtor, and she said they did great work. I called right away and spoke to David whom I set up an appointment with. First impression was excellent. He showed up at appointment time. 2nd impression was outstanding. He communicated when they would start working and kept me appraised of the projects via emails and calls. I highly recommend this company. Job very well done!

Quality work, sometimes on time, got put on the back burner for a day so David could attend to other jobs. David is Great and he hires excellent, hard working employees.

David and his crew rescued me from a botched job (so embarrassed). They did not make me feel bad for having hired a dud. Instead they did a magnificent job! Always on time, clean, respectful, communicative and major attention to detail. David carefully researched products that would work for my house and budget. Hire this company. Doing it right will save you money in the long run, plus, you'll have a gorgeous finish. The job they did for me was to rebuild my deck, upper and lower, including framing. Plus they installed a new cable railing, super sleek. They also secured my spiral stair case, not a small thing. All of this was done on my floating home. I'm so happy with Capital Builders.

We contacted David Sideras at Capital Builders out of urgent need to make dry rot repairs found during a pre-sale inspection of our home in December of 2018. Despite his full schedule, he made his crew available to us within a few days. I should mention here, we made this contact from out of state and largely by internet connections. We finally met about 2 weeks into the project after we returned home, and the work he had been doing was first rate, professional and as promised and ahead of deadline. As well as the needed repairs, he thoroughly inspected the rest of the house and made important improvements to mitigate the reoccurrence of issues leading up to the need for repair. We found David and his crew to be trustworthy and honest and will not hesitate to rely on him again for other larger projects, and will refer family and friends to him for their home project needs.
