My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mike just finished the second round of renovations to our home. He replaced all the floors and baseboard in our upper level. We're thrilled with the results! There were no deviations from the estimate. Mike is a pleasure to work with, from the estimate to cleanup.

Since 2012, Carisbrooke Homes have completed a number of different projects for me. First completing upgrades to my house and later completing additional items needed in a newly built condo. The house included a bathroom renovation, flooring, upgrading the lower level of the home and helping in my design of a back deck to enhance privacy and access to the yard below. The condo included design of an island and extra cabinet space to compliment the existing kitchen and to fit well within the limited space. Other custom shelving and cabinets to provide extra storage for my downsized space. Everything completed looks like it was there from the start and matches the unit perfectly. I will always have Carisbrooke complete any needed work as I can always depend on the quality of the work completed and able to trust in providing access to my home.

I needed a complete ensuite bathroom remodel in a tight timeline of 3 months. My husband had sustained a injury that required hospitalization and it was though he might need a wheelchair accessible walk-in shower when he was released. Mike not only delivered in the allotted time, he created a stunning barrier-free walk-in shower, installed new cabinets, mirrors, lighting fixtures, a towel heater and a heated floor. The only fixtures that weren't changed were the toilet and jacuzzi tub. Every time I walk into this room I love it more. When renovating the bathroom, I also made a last-minute decision to redo the floor and paint the master bedroom. Mike was able to provide this as well. I should add that I also felt comfortable enough with Mike to leave him alone in our home to do the work while I visited my husband in the hospital. I will add photos ASAP>

My kitchen was being being renovated by what was turning out to be a very incompetent company. I fired them and hired Mike to finish my kitchen. He did an outstanding job. I have since hired him to do many other projects. I have included some phots to illustrate his skills. I highly recommend Mike.
