We hired Carpentry with Integrity to replace an old deck off the back of our house. During the design process, Frank came to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to show us example materials. He also laid out the overall costs depending on different material choices, which were consistent with the prices we got from other contractors. Frank offered his candid opinions when we asked, but we never felt like he was trying to pressure us toward any particular product or design choice. It was clear that Carpentry with Integrity genuinely wanted to make something we would enjoy. Once the design was finalized, they got to work removing the old deck and installing the new one. They were very clean and organized during the construction. At one point, as we watched the new deck go up, we decided that we wanted the stairs to be wider. They never hesitated to work with us to make that happen and never once complained about having to redo them. We now have a beautiful deck that we love to use. We highly recommend Carpentry with Integrity.

Needed railings on our front entrance. Frank came over for an estimate and made some suggestions and spent plenty of time with us on our decision. We made our decision and schedule installation. Mike our installer did a great professional job we are really happy with the results would highly recommend CWI.

For over 40 years I have been involved in renovation and remodeling protects at my home, church and office. I have never experienced anything done as well as the project just completed at my home by Carpentry With Integrity. They were outstanding at ever detail. It started with the first visit. The other contractors that quoted the job just considered the physical project, I.e. take out the wall, move the cabinet. But Frank DeLoncker with CI went beyond the physical work and asked questions about “How we wanted to use the room? What was the feeling you wanted the room to project?, etc. Then he designed a room that does exactly what we wanted. Next, the carpenters were experienced craftsman who treated our home like it was theirs. They thought of every detail and answer every question. The project looks amazing. But the best part was When I wanted to change something after the project was completed, they responded immediately and took care of everything. Not using this company would be a big mistake!

The talented designer Frank Deloncker worked patiently with us from start to finish. We sought a complete remodel of our bathroom, to make it handicapped accessible. This included creating a beautiful ceramic tiled shower with grab bars, a glass door and a bench to replace our antiquated tub/shower combination. All bathroom fixtures were replaced, a ceramic tile floor installed, and a well-planned set of cabinets created maximum usable storage space in our relatively small bathroom. Frank’s design included ideas for a new configuration of lighting fixtures. In addition, a large closet next to the bathroom was transformed into a much needed full sized laundry space. We are incredibly happy enjoying this total transformation, confident that these changes will allow us to remain in our home as long as possible.

Found this local company online and they did a great job. They built a custom shelving unit to replace a half wall and wrapped an existing area in custom cut/stained wood. They were professional and kept me updated on the project thru their online portal. They did the work around my business hours. I highly recommend Carpentry with Integrity.

Ours was not a very big project and we talked to at least 4 other contractors before finally finding CWI. I wish I had found them sooner! We really wanted to get a portico built before the end of 2019, the amount of time we wasted talking to other contractors almost made us miss this goal but Frank and Neal's team are so awesome that we actually got our new portico done before the year ended, with a few days to spare :) We can't be more thankful and happier and for certain, CWI is going to be our 'go-to' guys when it comes to bigger home improvement projects (ones we can't DIY) we have lined up in the coming years. Thank you again CWI (Frank, Neal, Mike, Mike, Tim...if I left out anybody I'm sorry but these are the names I remember).

It was necessary to modify our master shower to accommodate my husband's wheelchair. Frank met with us, listened to our needs, and designed a layout that eliminated the unused bathtub and replaced it with a roll-in, barrier-free shower. Because we were on a budget and doing this remodel through necessity, he presented several options that would work for us. My favorite was the suggestion to convert the bathroom door to a pocket door. All of the field staff that came to our home (Neal, Michael, Tim) were polite, friendly, and kept me informed of the progress. They also cleaned the area at the end of each day. I'd highly recommend Carpentry with Integrity for any remodeling needs.

We had our basement finished with Frank and his team. They were very helpful from beginning to end with the whole project. There are many companies out there but the craftsmanship and attention to detail is far superior. They worked with me throughout the project to make minor charges that we had not thought of until later as things developed. I can’t recommend Frank enough, he is great.

Frank and the rest of the Carpentry with Integrity team did an outstanding job on our deck. Frank's helpful consultation with us in selecting the materials for the project, quoting the cost, scheduling the work and executing were spot on. We received the value we were looking for in this project and could not be happier.

Overall I was happy with this company. The project manager Frank stayed in very good contact with me. Their website is a bit confusing. Neil is the best guy they have!!! Knows how to do everything and finds great solutions for any issues that I had. I was always happy with anything he worked on at my home.

I can't speak highly enough about how awesome Frank and his team are. Carpentry with Integrity has done crown, window framing, electrical work and a kitchen back splash in my home to date. Frank's immediately returns calls and is patient with design choices. His team goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I will be using this company for any projects I have in the future, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The soffit and fascia of my house had some damage from the seams of the inlaid gutters failing over time. This led to wood rot where the boards were pulling away from the house or the paint was failing. Mike, Frank and the rest of the team did a great job diagnosing all the problem areas and carefully removing and replacing each damaged board. Being in a historic district, keeping the same appearance was absolutely critical. Everything looks as good as new now! I would recommend them to anyone

I worked with Frank at Carpentry With Integrity (CWI). They built a Trex deck and Gazebo for our backyard. From start to finish this contractor provides impeccable service and quality products. Every detail is thoughtfully carried out and the workmanship is of the highest quality. They provide a detailed estimate and plan and the results and costs come in exactly as specified. They will work with you to show you ways you can eliminate waste in your plan to reduce your cost. They utilize American made products entirely if possible and the quality is unparalleled. CWI upholds the standards that their name implies. I will definitely utilize their services for any home construction project I have in the future. Will update with pictures soon.

I’m rarely write reviews but given that I found Frank and the team to be really genuine, honest and professional all through our -relatively small- project I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them and will certainly go back to them when a need arises.

We found Carpentry with Integrity after disappointing experiences with two other companies. Frank was quick to respond, professional and offered to send several different design options based on our preferences. From the first consultation to the installation, our fireplace mantle project was completed in less than 3 weeks!!! And the finished project exceeded my expectations. The team at Carpentry with Integrity did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen of in our historic 1880's home. They preserved the historic elements of the home while adding modern day amenities to the kitchen.

We absolutely loved working with Carpentry with Integrity. We had applied molding installed in our foyer and crown molding, applied molding, a "built-in" mirror and new light fixtures installed in our powder room. Both rooms now have the sense of grandeur they were begging for. We've dealt with dozens of contractors in the last year, but Carpentry with Integrity's contractor's have been the cleanest and most considerate contractors we've dealt with to date. I wish the pictures did the spaces more justice, we're so happy with the turn out!

Carpentry with Integrity was hired by us, after we reviewed several competitive quotes, to replace/redesign our deck and replace our large-panel sliding doors. Frank and his crew did an excellent job, and we were happy with their follow-up on a minor issue months after completion.
