Beautiful work, remarkable attention to detail - their design team brought our vision of an ‘old English pub’ and wine cellar in our unfinished basement to life, as well as the conversion of a fourth bedroom into the ensuite of our dreams! Plus a refresh of our kitchen with new flooring and a custom island! It was a massive and complex project, but the team was a pleasure to deal with - they ensured every detail was exactly the way we wanted, and left the site clean and organized at the end of each day. Living through a major renovation can be incredibly challenging, but Jordan and his team became part of our “extended family”, making it all much easier. The results are stunning, and we are enjoying our new space more then we could have imagined!

We knew we needed a design/build firm for our complete kitchen remodel in Summer 2021. We have a 70+ year old home and had never done major work before. This was not just some cabinet refacing! The CASE design team listened to our needs and helped us prioritize them and put together amazing options to choose from that fit our budget. The office is welcoming and we always felt valued and in control during the contract process. The project started on time and was completed when they said it would be. We lived in the home during the renos (and were working from home!) and were really impressed with the professional team. The plans were well documented and communicated to all tradespeople, we had a project manager ensuring people were on site when they were supposed to be and let us know when not to expect anyone. The owner also checked in to make sure the project was going smoothly. The job site was kept clean, taking away debris immediately and protecting the rest of the house (which is so important when you need to remain in the home!). We were basically never needed for anything once the plans were finalized, which gave us peace of mind to focus on our work and family. We really feel that we saved ourselves a ton of aggravation by choosing a full-service renovation company; just about everyone involved in the project, which the exception of a couple of subcontractors, is employed by CASE and is therefore accountable to each other to make sure the work is done right. The agreed design mockup looks exactly like our finished product and we would absolutely hire them again. Thank you CASE team!

Our experience working with Case Design and Remodeling to do an extensive kitchen renovation was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome. We had a full floor kitchen/dining/living room remodel. Right from the time of meeting with the designer through to addressing minor follow up items the team at CASE are excellent. We chose CASE initially because of the design - Tiffany listened to us and used her expertise to give us excellent options to chose from. Once we decided on a final plan - the Delivery team and Project Manager swung into action - keeping us in the loop and communicating frequently and when needed about all aspects of the build portion. The quality of the workmanship, foresight of design and consultation with us throughout the process are world class. We just completed a total renovation of our master bath . My must haves were pretty challenging even for an experienced team. From design to execution everything was flawless and exactly as I wanted it . They always made sure I was happy with the results and in one instance when it was not, they changed it immediately- this was not due to a design or execution issue but my own preference. The attention to detail both in the design, pre planning and execution was remarkable. The trades essential to the success of the project were artist no less , the project manager ever attentive and responsive to our requests, it is not done until it is to our complete satisfaction . This was not our first renovation but it was by far the one we are most satisfied with the results. I wanted a stunning water room with a very functional dressing room. They have delivered !

We had a bathroom Reno done through CASE 2 years ago. Then recently discovered an issue with the toilet; it had a small hairline crack that over time got worse causing a leak. It damaged a baseboard and we had a cracked tile as a well from existing uneven floors (our home is 100 years old). I called CASE and they sent someone no questions asked. Once a plumber replaced the toilet with another brand new model, Aaron from CASE fixed the tile and baseboard and repaired another minor issue we had as well with plaster on damaged ceiling. Aaron did a great job with repairs, he was professional and knowledgeable. CASE showed us excellent customer service and follow up care. It’s not only important to get a good Reno but also if a repair needs to be done, it’s good to know you can get help when you need it. CASE stands by their work which is awesome!

We had case design install a wall in our open-concept livingroom/kitchen. They showed us images of what the wall would look like before installation. Loved the finished product.

We hired Case to renovate a number of things in our new house, including a bathroom and our kitchen. Everyone was great to work with, respectful and accommodating. The process was a lot less difficult than we had anticipated and the finished product looks amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results or the experience! We will definitely contact Case when we decide to renovate other rooms in our house!

We had never done renovations before, and had no idea where to start with our project. We did not want to deal with scheduling and managing multiple contractors, and needed help with design and ideas. A big sell for us with Case Design is that they did everything in-house, from beginning to end. When they did need to subcontract (with things like plumbing and electric), they were the ones to oversee it all. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Great staff, great service! We would not hesitate to call for any future projects.

Purchased an older home that need renovating so decided to start with the kitchen. As can be expected with older homes, there were some unanticipated surprises but the project manager was able to find solutions quickly that did not affect the design. The designer was awesome in helping me navigate the vast amount of choices for finishes and design choices. I highly trusted her judgement and relied on her to make some of the design choices. The project did take longer than anticipated but I love the outcome!

Worst house project experience we’ve had! Case were very unpredictable, we did not know when or who would show up each day. They assured us that once they started our master bath Reno they would have the crew only working on that project. This was not the truth. The project took two months longer then was indicated. There were major mistakes which had to be repaired, such as a workman put his foot through the floor in through our laundry room ceiling, the sink cabinet leg was broken when moving it in, the toilet was installed wrong. Adding time on the job. It was a very frustrating, costly experience! Do not use Case Design of Halifax!

Hired Case to do upgrades in my master bath. Designers were responsive to my tastes and interests. It was easy for me to have input throughout the process. Enjoyed working with the designers. Trades were expert and polite. I appreciated the project management. I am very happy with the results and spend more time in this room now.

I really liked the design process that Case helped me with. They understood what I was looking for and made it easy and fun. They drew up a schedule and then stuck to it. The guys were all very respectful and understood that I was living with kids and cats and no kitchen while all this was going on. It was as quick and painless as a kitchen reno could be.

Renovation of my kitchen completed. Replaced cabinets, counter top and back splash. Workers were all respectful and professional. Area was kept clean at the end of each day. Work was completed on time and updates were given as to progress of the same. The designer helped me pick out product and colours to co-ordinate with my flooring and to stay within my budget. I am very happy with the results.
