I am honored to be able to provide the highest recommendation possible for Phil Caspary and Caspary Construction.
Phil and his professional crew remodeled our kitchen, "mud" room, master bath, guest bath and living room fireplace mantle. Phil, Keith Dunham and the rest of the Caspary team were a real pleasure to work with. We developed a special partnership and bond with them that makes us feel like they are a close part of our family. Everyone on Phil's team is a consummate professional. They strive to please at every opportunity and they consistently amazed us with their work.
Phil and Keith both take an active role in assuring a customers project turns out better than what the customer expects. They constantly think about the project and often show up at the job site with questions like, "What if we ....." that consistently made our project better. They provide close oversight of their sub-contractors and ensure the subs conform to their work and quality expectations as well.
We lived in our home during the renovation with our two Golden retriever dogs. Phil was consistently concerned about our quality of life during the project and he and his crew took special care to ensure the safety and comfort of our dogs. As an example, the dogs were free to roam the house, even the areas where construction was being performed, at night. Phil and his crew ensured that all the areas in which they were working were clean and safe for the dogs to be in before they left each day.
We were so pleased with the results of that project that we are now working with Phil and Keith on a new project to replace and expand a deck and to add a roof and outdoor fireplace to our back yard. They are such a pleasure to work with that we can't wait for Phil and his team to come and get started. I am sure it will be another amazing and satisfying adventure.
The pictures I have attached to this review are of a desk top and the mantle that Phil and his crew made. The superb craftsmanship is self evident in the pictures. What might not be visually obvious is the love that went into the work.
