CEDAR CONSTRUCTION

Cedar construction has done many renovations for two homes and offices. Their work is amazing and they worked with my many custom requests to Create unique spaces. Mike Pat and their workers are professional, honest and clean up each day making the renovation process much easier.

Pat started working with us back in 2002. When one of our retail customer asks for a contractor recommendation, Cedar Construction is always on our list. They are great to work with, and are professionals to the max.

My wife and I purchased our Brookfield Colonial 10 years ago. The house was not renovated since it was built in 1968. Our relationship with Cedar Construction started with our basement project. They designed an amazing area for children to grow into. For the past several years our children and their friends enjoy their private space (and bathroom). They have a comfortable TV/ video game area, arts and crafts center a huge walk in closet for storage. We have our home office down there as well. Our next project was the upstairs bathrooms. I can’t describe how valuable their insight, suggestions and there network of suppliers were to us. I will let the master bathroom speak for itself, please view the picture. Now we are preparing for the largest job of all – the Kitchen. Please look back in the spring for an update on my post. Go with Cedar! Hired Cedar Construction to expand my kitchen - replacing walls and adding some cabinets. The project nearly doubled the size of the kitchen. Cedar workers were professionals and knowledgeable - including the electricians and plumbers.

I found the experiences with Cedat to be excellent. The crews are very respectful, show up on time and do excellent work. In addition and most important, they always sought out ways to improve upon our rennovation plans, offering suggestions which we ultimately took to our delight. I'd highly recommend their services for any rennovation.

Incredible. Ceder is amazing with Ikea, and construction in general. Price is right on the money and work exactly as described. I've recommended them many times since.

Cedar Construction is an excellent contractor. We used them for our kitchen, bathroom and family-room remodeling which was done in several phases. They gave a fair estimate which was an excellent approximation of the final costs. We dealt with Patrick Eivers who is a pleasure to work with. He is honest with his assessments and did not try to oversell us. His workers were trustworthy, pleasant and hard-working. They did beautiful work with nice detailing, especially in the kitchen. They worked very well with the kitchen design company. His sub-contractors were similarly skilled, particularly the tile installer. The work did take a little longer than we expected, but not overly so. We had interviewed several contractors and Cedar seemed to be a slightly smaller outfit. This worked well for us. We dealt with Mr. Eivers who was available by phone if not in person on the job. While I wish there was a little more predictability in terms of the schedule, in retrospect, it was a reasonable pace. Overall, Cedar Construction was exactly what we needed for our work. They are nice people, do good work, and are fair and trustworthy.

Very happy with kitchen makeover..recommended by Home Depot, where we bought cabinets. They were creative in managing our narrow galley design...were personally concerned that the result looked good and that we were happy. Were able to work with unexpected issues...and with a little nudging....they completed the job as promised. Would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Pat was great to work with. He was professional, timely and neat! He installed 2 kitchens and some bathroom fixtures in an office building.
