We had a small project that evolved into a big project that ended up a very big project. We interviewed a few construction firms with our architect and selecting Chase + Arnold was quite an easy decision. Our project involved replacing the exterior of our house (including the roof), changing the footprint of the house to bring it in line with code, and knocking out a few interior walls to open up the space. Jeff Chase oversaw the project, with a dedicated team led by Jimmy and Kris. They were fantastic. We caused them great pain by making a few additions (such as reducting the HVAC, changing water heaters, rewiring some electricity circuits) and they handled it with ease. They are trustworthy, responsive, high-quality and reliable. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great experience working with Jeff and his team. They did home remodel on 4K sq traditionally designed house to make it more modern. Stone work, electrical, paint, cabinetry, structural work. Easy to work with and very responsive. Also fairly priced.
