Joe did two projects on my house: installed new gutters and replaced six windows. He placed one of the downspouts across the sidewalk when it could have gone on the other side of the house where there was no sidewalk. After I replaced siding on part of my house, he said he would come back and reposition/refit the downspout in that location, he never did come back. He quoted me a price for the six windows and told my daughter a price that was $200 more. She did not know so she wrote out the check for the higher price. He quoted me a price on another window and never responded to my emails to set a date to do it. Quality is good but communication and follow-through is lacking.

Joe came and took over for a builder who left me with a nightmare of unfinished projects in a stalled kitchen and exterior remodeling project. His pricing was fair and transparent, his work was impeccable, and his pace was extremely fast. It took him three days to do what the other builder had taken almost three months to do. He also recommended other companies to help fill in the gaps and get my job further towards completion. He also gave me advice on what I could do myself to save some money, and what could wait until later. He has checked in on me to make sure things are moving along, and has offered to come back and finish up a few projects that are still out standing. I highly recommend Joe for your project!
