Miguel and his team worked on 2 projects for my home; one outdoor sprinkler system and one full remodel of garage. Taking it from studs to a useable, functional room. The team was kind, quiet, and diligent in their work. The initial walkthrough was very thorough, the team text a variety of options for shelves, cabinets and such. They worked with me on pricing, and options to fit my budget. The project was completed within the timeframe estimated. I will definitely be using the CMG team on my next home project.

We hired CMG general contractor to take down an old spindle staircase and install a new modern staircase with new newels, metal spindles as well as strip old paint and stain the new wood. Mayra and Miguel were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their quote was competitive and reasonable. Miguel and his team showed up everyday they said they would, completed all tasks that were needed and were clean, courteous and respectful towards us and our house. Even when the job was completed they promptly came back to fix any last minute issues/touch ups and made sure we were fully satisfied. We look forward to working with them on future projects on our house and will happily refer them to anyone looking for dependable and professional contractors.

I hired Miguel Gamero to do stucco and drywall work at my home. He did about 600 sq ft of stucco and 1,300 sq ft of drywall which included my choice of texture. I received several bids for each job and chose Miguel because his pricing was competitive, he could do the jobs in a time frame that worked for me and I got a good feeling about him. He turned out to be a great choice. Miguel and his crew arrived at my home on time each day and were courteous, professional and clearly cared about doing a great job. The projects were completed in exactly the amount of time Miguel estimated and at the quoted price; no surprises. After paying Miguel, I noticed a couple of things that needed attention, one of which was largely due to a door that I had improperly installed. I contacted Miguel and he promptly came back and corrected the issues, including fixing the door that I had screwed up. Prior to working with Miguel, it had been my experience that once a contractor has been paid, getting them to come back was difficult to impossible. I am extremely pleased with Miguel and his crew's quality of work, work ethic, and professionalism. If you have a construction job, I enthusiastically recommend getting a quote from Miguel Gamero.
