CMS BUILDERS AND RESTORATION

CMS Builders completely gutted my bathroom and turned it into a beautiful and restful spa-like bathroom. The workmanship and attention to detail was top of the line and I am so happy with the end result. I would hire them in a heart beat for any project.

I recently engaged with CMS for a complete home remodel in the Granada Hills area. Though we did not end up hiring them I wanted to take the time to write them a review because of their outstanding professionalism. During my process of finding a contractor for our remodel I came to realize there are so many contractors that have no clue how to earn business and represent their company professionally. I probably met with 15 contractors and only 3 of them where worthy in my opinion. Tom & Mike where on the top of my list for many reasons. 1. They listened to what I had to say and didn't try to push me into adding things to the project that I did not want. 2. They where very patient and respectful of my timeline. 3. They where always on time and followed through as promised. 4. This is the biggie for me; Tom came to our house on four separate occasions and was always very professional and easy to communicate with. I got a really good feeling about these guys but unfortunately due to other circumstances we where unable to move forward with them. In the future if I ever need a contractor CMS will be on the top of my list to call. I can't speak from their work but based on my interactions with Tom over a 2 month period I get the feeling they do outstanding work.

I hired CMS Builders and Restoration, after interviewing a number of companies, I hired Michael and Christina Shaichi .I was very concerned and had alot of fear due to some of the horror stories I have heard over the years. The best thing to happen to me was the both of them. The work was top notch and they inspected all of the work after each project. If there was a smudge after a wall was painted or not enough paint in one area they made sure it was repainted. I did a great deal of work to my home from wood floors, carpet, as well I gutted the bathrooms and started from scratch. They installed a shower in one bathroom along with a new bathtub. They installed LED lights in all rooms and I am beyond happy with the results of all their work. I never had a call not answered or a text not replied to. They are both responsive, professional when they told me something would be done it was done. The workman showed up each and every day, I knew I could count on them in all ways. Christina's taste is superb she was the best guide and help when it came to choosing products, from tile to colors. They made the whole experience easy, and pleasant. I would recommend them to my family and friends.I am grateful for the whole experience and them.

CMS Builders renovated by master bathroom, powder room, 2nd bath, flooring, entry, stair rails and bedroom. This is their San Jose division and my home is in San Jose (San Francisco Bay Area). CMS was great to work with. David and his crew provided friendly and great service. I wanted a 5-star hotel look to my house and I achieved that using CMS. Some of the fine detailing took workers with a lot of patience. His crew was perfect for the job. My master bath, in particular, is now Architectural Digest worthy. David went above and beyond and I now consider the CMS team to be friends.

To find a reliable contractor out of state was a very tricky experience. I live in New York but have a vacation home in Los Angeles, CA. I was referred to CMS Builders through a friend who used them to renovate their kitchen and add an addition to their home, they were extremely pleased with the work they had done. One of my main priorities was budget and of course workmanship. I was very impressed from Mike in the office who got me set up with a consult and walked me through the entire process even before they came out. They completed a bathroom and kitchen remodel for me. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of this company. I was in New York for much of the project and they kept me up to date through the entire job through emails, phone calls, and even photo's. My kitchen and bathroom look amazing, the quality of the work they performed has been proven over and over again by all the compliments of my friends and family that have seen the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete a project at their house.

We had a great experience working with CMS. CMS remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and upgraded our carpet to hardwood floors. They were extremely professional, efficient and the work was completed on schedule.The project manager, David was very helpful and always willing to listen to us when we had any questions or concerns. As a first time home buyer, remodeling my home seemed like a really daunting task. I was not familiar with the entire renovation process or even what my budget could afford. Luckily, I met Mike. On our initial meeting, we discussed how I envisioned my bathrooms to look and Mike quickly understood my my needs. He knew exactly what I wanted and what my budget could afford. Throughout the process, Mike has been there every step of the way to advise and guide me on what needs to be done. Every time I needed to discuss the remodeling project with him, he made it an effort to meet me in person and provide his honest opinion. Mike has been amazing, and the work he has performed on my bathrooms has been equally amazing. I have received countless compliments from my friends and family on how my bathrooms look now and how this has significantly increased the value of my property. Like many other projects, we encountered obstacles along the way to completion but Mike made it a point to resolve and address all issues promptly and responsibly. Till today, Mike follows up time to time to ensure I am satisfied with the works. He is a great asset to work with and I am glad I found an honest and reliable contractor. Great job Mike! I really shopped around to find a contractor that could keep within my budget but still give me quality work. I was referred to CMS by a friend of mine that had her kitchen and bathroom remodeled in her condo in Los Angeles. They delivered as promised and never asked for "extra's". I love my kitchen now, I did not have a great budget for this remodel, but they were able to maximize what budget I did have for this remodel. I will recommend them to my friends.
